What sets them apart is their commitment to giving back - they are consistently supportive of Barbers Hill students, whether it's through donations or offering jobs to those in need. It's heartwarming to see a local business that genuinely cares about its community. Aside from their generosity, they have an amazing selection of clothing and gifts. I love that I don't have to drive all the way to Houston or even down Garth Road in Baytown to find the perfect outfit or a unique gift. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and more! I was given a coat for Christmas from All About You and it was too big. I took it back to exchange it and they didn't have a smaller size. They tried to order one but it wasn't available. I ask for a refund but could only get a store credit. BAD POLICY!!!! read more

I have mixed feelings about this review. I love the products in the store and the wide range of clothes is amazing! I do wish it did not feel so crammed in the store. But what makes this review less than 5 stars is that the staff is hit or miss. Some of the ladies are extremely nice and helpful! While others are standoffish and rude. Last time I checked out it seemed that I was bothering the employee when I checked out. It just makes me think twice about stopping in! read more

Just left All About You after without making a purchase (again). Stood in front of the counter with my items in hand and could not get any of the three ladies working there to help me. One was wrapping a gift (so she's off the hook), one of the others was floating around behind the counter not doing much of anything and the third was on the floor near the checkout area (not sure what she was doing). By the time the young lady behind the counter acknowledged my existence she had folded some bags to put merchandise in, talked to the floater on the floor and did various other things which had nothing to do with asking me if I was ready to check out. This is disappointing as this is the second time this has happened. I doubt I will give them an opportunity to do this to me a third time. read more

If you buy Brighton they have an enormous beautiful collection. The ladies are helpful and friendly and if you want something wrapped they'll do it in a few minutes. If you aren't wearing Miss Me jeans and a shirt you got from The Buckle, don't expect to get any help from the ladies that are working there. I needed assistance getting charms from the Brighton case and I probably stood there over 15 minutes with no help, it wouldn't have made me so upset except there was about 10 people working in the small store and they were all in the back giggling and having a good ole time. I finally had to walk around and find a lady to help me and when I asked her she acted like it was very inconvenient for her. I live in Baytown, so its a little drive to get the store and next time I will be taking my money to Houston or the Clear Lake area. The only time I was treated nicely, and I was in the store over 30 minutes... was when I was checking out... go figure! read more
