It's completely bad business ethics and wrong. They over charge for games that shouldn't be that high. Take for example NCAA Football 14 for the PS3 and XBOX 360. At GameStop you'll pay $70 for it on PS3 and XBOX 360. While these guys sell it for $100. They're worse than the scalpers selling the PS5 for double and some triple the actual price. When we tried to play the CD's in our high-end Marantz SA-11S1 audio player, it would not recognize any of the disks. Usually, we can insert CD's that look like they've been drug down the street and scratched badly, and they still play, but it would not play any of these. Nor would the CD players in our cars would recognize them. We checked the internet. There is a known issue with this Box set. We attempted to return it, we didn't wish for cash back; store credit would have been fine. But we were refused. We have been customers with Music town for over 40 years, and never once have tried to return anything. Anytime we walked in we would often spend over $1000. We enjoyed shopping there. Unfortunately, this is NOT how you treat your VIP customers. Or ANY customer. Stand behind what you sell or GTFO of the business.
