The club president even tried to reason with the store employee. The store employee even said 'you have NUTS across your chest, what do you expect them to look like.' (NUTS stand for 'Nuther Unusual Tiny Society - a scaled miniatures club) Nothing was offered as a solution for the less than desirable work produced. When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

There was a bunch of staff working and we were immediately approached by one of their employees. He was trying to be helpful, but he did not have the people skills needed for sales. We had to ask several times on the engraving process once we found the items we wanted. He just did not explain things clearly. They have great keepsake items that can be personalized which is a bit pricey, but people seem to like the gift items. I think I will just go to another Things Remembered next time though.
