Ten days to embroider four letters on a car cover and still not done. DOA. If you're in a hurry or need it within a week, go somewhere else.

By far the best in the area for custom embroidery. I have a small local business, and I've been…read moregoing to Scribbles Embroidery for about 4 1/2 years for my needs. Had to finally write a review to pass along some accolades. First of all, you walk in this place, and you hear the machines hard at work. I've never walked in and not seen this place humming. I know they get big clients, but I've never felt like my small orders (a dozen hats or some button down shirts w/ my logo) were unimportant. Steven or Megan is always very helpful and good at suggesting products without trying to 'upsell' me, which I can't stand. They digitized my logo when I first had it designed. This means that they translate it so that the embroidery machines can punch it out onto the hat, etc. I didn't know that you had to do this, but they took care of it quickly and cheaply. I do have to admit that during some tighter times last year I called a place in the area (that will remain nameless) to see what their prices were on hats. Scribbles Embroidery beat them by 20% easily. Learned my lesson. One thing that I didn't expect is that they have a very large selection of products in their storefront. Over the years I have seen the place expand quite a bit, and their storefront is now pretty impressive. Last week when I was there, I handed him a shirt off the rack and said "order me 6 of these with my logo." Beat the heck out of just doing the catalog ordering like I have in the past. One day I'll splurge and get my logo on some drink coasters or koozies or something for my clients. They take care of that, too.

Done good work and the products I've asked them to work on. Accountable for mistakes which goes a…read morelong way. Great prices!

Still have the Bernina; just recently purchased my 2nd one. I have since moved away from Houston and am sorry I don't shop there anymore. I bought my Brother PR from sew contempo around 2012 and have been a customer ever since and now…read morewith All Brands. Today was the worse experience I've ever had in their store. Generally the clerks are very, very helpful and I wish I knew the name of the particular one who helped me with a hat hoop question. Today, however, she was not there and had the not so pleasant experience with Margie there! I went in because I wanted to replace the needles on my PR. I saw a package of 10 that said universal and what I asked was what they he universal actually meant. She proceeds to ask what machine I have and says it will work and wouldn't let me talk or ask questions, she kept talking over me. Needless to say I bought them. When I got in the car I started researching and the universal refers to the needle point and the fabric versatility but not necessarily the machine. Further research I discovered this needle should not be used on the PR. Brother also had a different recommendation. I go back and to exchange them and when I shared the information, she didn't want to even assist me! I asked them to credit my account and left. I am so disappointed but as much as I can, I'll be ordering on line. In addition when I got home I realized they charged me twice for a spool of white sewing machine thread, two different prices. There was a question as to how much it was and I guess she charged twice and didn't take the first one off. I am so sad this all happened because I love this store.
