Therefore, I needed someone to match the color and font on two stockings with the new grandkids' names. I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. She could not have been more wonderful to work with. She completed the order and I cannot tell the newly embroidered stockings from the original set. Was promised to pick up 2 - 3 days before my trip. Was not ready in time. Asked to cancel the order, Instead Yolanda, the owner of the business, gave me some ugly cards that I am not able to use and charged me for that. Do not approach. Unprofessional, dishonest, ugly job, work from rental apartment. Not serious and responsible. If I were able to put 0, not worthy even point.
