Mitzi lacks professional skills in listening to customers, caring for customer's orders and appears very self centered and uninterested in the business. I got lost when picking up the plaques because the location blended in with other businesses. They were able to give me directions and guide me to their building on the phone. They are near a small psychic building. If you see 'Signsational Signs' posted on the pole next to the building, that's the same. Catherine responded to e-mails quickly regarding the order. She sent me proofs of what the plaques would look like prior to engraving to make sure there weren't any typos. They also have fast service.
