I spent $80 on a backpack and lunchbox to be ruined which they did not take any responsibility for. If you are not competent enough to do a job decline it. I asked for them to pay for my ruined items and all I got from their employee was "I'm sorry".

Over the last month I had the need to go by and purchase several jackets for my staff, with a tight time frame to get them done. At no point did they make me feel like I was asking too much and the jackets came in and were embroidered exactly as they said they would be. Most recently, another rush job to embroider 5 shirts in time for a home show I'm doing. After assuring me that they would be done in 3 days, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them the same afternoon letting me know they were done. Place two orders one for Jim uniform and the other four car decals. I was emailed for the gym…read moreuniforms and I assume since the orders were placed back to back and it was only decals ordered for the second order when they emailed me everything was ready. It was listed under the same name, but when I come to pick it up, the gym uniforms are ready, but they only have one car decal. I drove across town to pick up these orders thinking they were both ready but ended up having to pay $10 for them to mail out 1 decal. There is no way a decal cost them $10 to ship! This place is a rip off!

Therefore, I needed someone to match the color and font on two stockings with the new grandkids' names. I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. She could not have been more wonderful to work with. She completed the order and I cannot tell the newly embroidered stockings from the original set.
