I've got a very different experience to report ... likely because it was a very small order but with significance to me. I dropped off a hat to be embroidered with a 2 line saying (3 words total); was told that it would be done promptly. I don't hear from them, and instead go by the shop. The work had not been started (likely a 2 minute job at most) - even though I gave them complete leeway / discretion on font, etc. IMO - a business to avoid. read more
