Mini CVS At this…read moretreasure of very spacious plaza... the parking lot is the complete opposite of the store/pharmacy as it is shared with Vallarta, LA Fitness and several businesses and eateries. This CVS is good for quick essential needs, but as they carry about 1/3 of what a normal store would. While this location stays super clean... don't bank on getting everything you need in one trip. The last few times we came in... a lot of the snacks and beverages were very low... which is a let down if you're heading by on your way home, after the gym or to pick up a prescription. They do have some great markdown/closeout/clearance items here, but they seem to go very fast which makes the shelves feel empty in a lot of spots. The first aid supplies are limited and the company brand products aka the better deals seem to be the least available in terms of quantity. The pharmacy is pretty solid... however doesn't keep the best available hours... only 10am to 6pm as this is a low foot traffic location... though they are close to regular... most stay open from 9 to 7 Note: this is not a 24hour cvs location however they are open from 8am until 10pm every day. Overall it's a solid location and the closest one to me so hopefully it will only evolve with time and as it becomes more frequently shopped.

I drove to this location after i was at the one in arleta, however, they were out of the "plan-B" which prompted me to drive here instead. The line was getting rather long for check out, so this triggered another employee to open up by the photo section. Unfortunately, there are many people in the world that are not willing to help you out or ask someone else for guidance, if they don't know how to assist. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

Lucia using an in-house communication system notified another clerk who found and brought it to me. I also found out that it was buy one and get one free when she was researching for the product on the Walgreen website. I had to shop for other items so Lucia took the vitamins to the register for safe keeping. My mobility is compromised so I really appreciate the extra help. It's also much cleaner and organized. No wonder Ellen De Generes filmed a segment of their show here with Michelle Obama. The biggest surprise was for me to be helped by two of their employees. First, I went to the kiosk to see if there's any coupons I can use but the machine didn't print anything. I found a guy in one of the registers who helped get my coupons printed. Then I proceeded to the pharmacy to look for an item but I didn't find any so I went to look for an associate who was on the next aisle. I told him what I was looking for and he actually walked in the right section.

I waited several minutes after being ignored and said "hello". Startled, a woman in the middle of conversation (couldn't tell if it was on the phone or another person there) turned around and said " I'm at lunch" then turned around after snubbing me. I then asked "I'm hear to pick up medicine I've been notified about for a few days". She turned around again and said, "I'm at lunch (in a very annoyed voice). I then said, "but I've already entered my information.....on the check in??". She then said,"our computers are down...". Then I said,"if the computers are down, why am I able to use your computer to check in?". She said," come back at 4am." Now, I'm not sure how lunches work but if she gets an hour and half - 2 hour lunch, I'm applying for a job. I explained that I'm disabled and can't come back. Then, she said,"come back at 4am." continuing to snub me when under her breath she said "GO AWAY". She didn't think I heard her but I did. Here's what's going to happen today. Either I get my medication delivered, and she gets fired, or I'm ending our 30 year relationship and taking not only my business somewhere else AND taking as many people as I can with me. Better make a decision fast. If this will allow I'll post the receipt from my visit after I was insulted and still spent money at the other register with your company. Through the receipt you should be able to find me. Or, you can check your system to see when I checked in at the pharmacy. The woman I'm referring to DOES work in the pharmacy and I believe may have been Asian with dark hair in a pony tail. Check your cameras and you'll know who I'm talking about. This is beyond an apology so don't bother. She needs to go. It's not the information I'm angry about. It's how she interacted with me and how she said the things she said. The American healthcare system is poor at best. When my regular CVS pharmacy didn't have a…read moreprescribed medication because it was on back order, they didn't offer any alternative, or guidance on where to find it (?). So, I searched pharmacies on yelp and called down the list of top rated to ask if they had it in stock. Was told over the phone that they could fill the prescription within the hour here so headed over. Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar. Unexpected freebies were a great finale to an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you, 986!
