This is my first time ordering from this restaurant after a couple of friends said they have really great food. When I placing my to go order, I wanted a Dr Pepper to which she stated the soda machine was not working-understandable. I asked for a Caesar salad and white chicken Parmesan. I asked for an extra dressing at time of pick up. Upon arriving to pick up my order she said that my total was $24.87 which did not add up since I looked at the menu prior to ordering. I didn't think anything of it and thought maybe the pricing was wrong on yelp.. I looked at my receipt when I got to the car and noticed that I was charged for a tortilla soup which I did not order nor receive. I went back and I received a refund but the lady had a bit of an attitude. I get home and take out my food only to realize that they gave me a house salad. So now I have a house salad that I won't eat with 2 different kinds of salad dressing. The sauce that came with the chicken Parmesan was OK but a bit grainy because they did not cook it properly. The chicken was very tough and not crispy enough for a breaded chicken breast. I am pretty disappointed in the experience and quality of food, and will not be returning. read more

As a Celiac, I absolutely love coming here. So many options and so delicious! Favorite is the spicy tempura fish tacos (GF). 2nd favorite is the freshest of the fresh handmade GF pizza crust. Such a nice change from the udi's frozen crust used by EVERYONE else. Burgers are great too. Jason, the GM, is always attentive and knows every ingredient , so my gluten questions are always answered swiftly. This location always seems to go the extra mile for their customers. We have eaten at the Vintage Park Bellagreen (and several others) and had delivery many times and love their food. But we ordered $90 (tax, tip, delivery added) worth of food last night and our appetizers and one meal and one kids' meal showed up. We called Bellagreen to ask where the remaining 2 meals were and the young girl who answered chuckled and said they figured out they didn't hand the Door Dash'er the 2nd bag right after he left. They tried to call him but he didn't answer. I asked how they planned to get it to us quickly and she handed the phone to her manager who was less than sympathetic and had no plans to solve this problem. No apology nothing. They didn't bother to call us when they discovered the problem I guess they thought we just wouldn't notice that 2 of us wouldn't have dinner. Maybe at that point, we would've jumped in the car to go get it. Or maybe they could've called Door Dash to have someone deliver it at their expense since it was their mistake. The manager said he would refund the missing food and we could order again but it took 50 minutes the first time and it was 7:45 we were hangry by that point. After 15-20 minutes, he finally offered to refund our order (I had to talk him into refunding the Door Dash cost as well) but 4 of us ate one meal and one kids' meal. And the usually delicious chicken Caesar wrap was missing chicken. I asked if I could speak a higher manager and he told me to google it. I don't know who was working last night but need to check their hiring skills. Seems like you'd double and triple check orders if you can't remedy mistakes. Just really poor customer service this time around (we've had a similar experience with delivery from the same Bellagreen before), not spectacular food which is unusual and disappointed our calm Monday night dinner was a bust as far as food is concerned. read more

Never been to this establishment before but the family and I wanted something different. Kara, one of the cashiers was super awesome! Very helpful, super engaging, very polite!! The shift leader even got me an order of Buffalo Cauliflower that came back to the kitchen for a re-fire. I'm in the industry so I didn't want it to go to waste! I liked Ruggles Green and I can say that I'm also a fan of Bellagreen. Because I'm a vegetarian, it's always nice to find a restaurant that accommodates me and my meat-eating friends. During my recent visit I ordered the Veggie Nut burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The fries were so good! They were seasoned very well. The veggie burger was also fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone, vegetarian or not. The food and service was great, my cashier offered me and my dad suggestions on our food to accommodate our dietary restrictions. However, I took one star off because a few of the outdoor tables were dirty and had some sticky residue on them so we switched tables a few times. Yesterday my grandparents took us here for dinner and we got the RUDEST server ever. This girl (African American, hair black roots w/ blonde ends) came to our table and slammed the table buzzer upside down. Very strange, we thought. Then she comes back with our food and literally THROW the food on the table. She acted like we did her wrong or something. Update: they have since stepped up their game a lot, management reached out to me and really took care of me! Great establishment to visit Ughh, I was absolutely disgusted by Bellagreen today. I come here quite often and usually order the same thing, their natural pepperoni pizza with goat cheese on top, it's so yummy! Today I was not thrilled with the customer service I received and definitely WONT be back. I placed a phone order for one pepperoni pizza with goat cheese and when I got there to pick it up, I saw a gentleman who was making pizzas behind the line, boxing a pepperoni pizza without goat cheese on top. Figured it wasn't mine.. When I was paying at the register, the young lady told me that my food was not yet ready. She offered me a drink and said she would let me know when it was ready. Well after about 15-20 minutes passed (mind you I ordered 30 minutes ago and was told my food would only take ten minutes so I began to think that they forgot to come get me like they said they would). I stop one of the workers and ask her if she can check on my to go order. She immediately comes back with a really cold box of pizza. This means that the pizza that I saw when I first walked in was mine. They hadn't even bothered checking if my food was ready. And not even one apology. The second issue that I had was that my pizza was missing my favorite ingredient, the goat cheese. That's literally the only reason I choose their pizza over places closer to me. I let the manager on duty know that my pizza wasn't right and he immediately tells me that the goat cheese is in fact on the pizza, but its now melted. I don't mind people making mistakes, it's not a big deal, but when you make a mistake and try to make it seem like I'm the one that's wrong, even though I've gotten this pizza multiple times and it's NEVER LOOKED LIKE THIS, that's when I get pissed off. Own up to your mistake and correct it! How hard is that??!! I'm not an idiot !! Goat cheese will never look like mozzarella cheese no matter how long you cook it!! So he takes my pizza to the back and tells the cooks to throw some uncooked goat cheese on my pizza instead of remaking it the proper waHow gross is that? It didn't taste right and the pizza was cold! I'll be calling corporate tomorrow as well as we're going to have to get down to the bottom of this abhorrent customer service problem they seem to be having! read more

I find this restaurant to be pleasant. It's a nice, pretty casual place. Their food is delicious even though they seem to serve relatively healthy options. For example, I don't normally like sweet potato fries, but theirs are great. I've gotten their grilled chicken sandwich, their chicken caesar wrap, and their open faced sandwich and I loved all three. I like their more unique soft drink selection, including some really good teas. On one of our visits, the food took a little while and they messed up one of the orders, but since that one time, everything has been good. I don't have any other major complaints and I just really appreciate this place so it gets five stars from me. read more

The Roasted Poblano & Corn Bisque was full of flavor, the Curry Chicken Salad was also very tasty and not too heavy, and the White Chocolate Bread Pudding was delicious. I ordered the chicken curry salad and changed it up a bit- I asked for kale instead of mixed greens and for the chicken to be plain with no curry seasoning because I don't like spicy things.
