I liked Ruggles Green and I can say that I'm also a fan of Bellagreen. Because I'm a vegetarian, it's always nice to find a restaurant that accommodates me and my meat-eating friends. During my recent visit I ordered the Veggie Nut burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The fries were so good! They were seasoned very well. The veggie burger was also fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone, vegetarian or not. The food and service was great, my cashier offered me and my dad suggestions on our food to accommodate our dietary restrictions. However, I took one star off because a few of the outdoor tables were dirty and had some sticky residue on them so we switched tables a few times. Overall, great place to visit, I'd just suggest eating indoors! read more

Yesterday my grandparents took us here for dinner and we got the RUDEST server ever. This girl (African American, hair black roots w/ blonde ends) came to our table and slammed the table buzzer upside down. Very strange, we thought. Then she comes back with our food and literally THROW the food on the table. She acted like we did her wrong or something. The only reason I didn't say anything was because I didn't want to ruin my grandparents night but I swear she deserved someone to put her on her place. Honestly I don't believe she should work here. I find this restaurant to be pleasant. It's a nice, pretty casual place. Their food is delicious even though they seem to serve relatively healthy options. For example, I don't normally like sweet potato fries, but theirs are great. I've gotten their grilled chicken sandwich, their chicken caesar wrap, and their open faced sandwich and I loved all three. I like their more unique soft drink selection, including some really good teas. On one of our visits, the food took a little while and they messed up one of the orders, but since that one time, everything has been good. I don't have any other major complaints and I just really appreciate this place so it gets five stars from me. read more

Update: they have since stepped up their game a lot, management reached out to me and really took care of me! Great establishment to visit Ughh, I was absolutely disgusted by Bellagreen today. I come here quite often and usually order the same thing, their natural pepperoni pizza with goat cheese on top, it's so yummy! Today I was not thrilled with the customer service I received and definitely WONT be back. I placed a phone order for one pepperoni pizza with goat cheese and when I got there to pick it up, I saw a gentleman who was making pizzas behind the line, boxing a pepperoni pizza without goat cheese on top. Figured it wasn't mine.. When I was paying at the register, the young lady told me that my food was not yet ready. She offered me a drink and said she would let me know when it was ready. Well after about 15-20 minutes passed (mind you I ordered 30 minutes ago and was told my food would only take ten minutes so I began to think that they forgot to come get me like they said they would). I stop one of the workers and ask her if she can check on my to go order. She immediately comes back with a really cold box of pizza. This means that the pizza that I saw when I first walked in was mine. They hadn't even bothered checking if my food was ready. And not even one apology. The second issue that I had was that my pizza was missing my favorite ingredient, the goat cheese. That's literally the only reason I choose their pizza over places closer to me. I let the manager on duty know that my pizza wasn't right and he immediately tells me that the goat cheese is in fact on the pizza, but its now melted. I don't mind people making mistakes, it's not a big deal, but when you make a mistake and try to make it seem like I'm the one that's wrong, even though I've gotten this pizza multiple times and it's NEVER LOOKED LIKE THIS, that's when I get pissed off. Own up to your mistake and correct it! How hard is that??!! I'm not an idiot !! Goat cheese will never look like mozzarella cheese no matter how long you cook it!! So he takes my pizza to the back and tells the cooks to throw some uncooked goat cheese on my pizza instead of remaking it the proper waHow gross is that? It didn't taste right and the pizza was cold! I'll be calling corporate tomorrow as well as we're going to have to get down to the bottom of this abhorrent customer service problem they seem to be having! read more

My 3 yr old had a Mac and Cheese, mom had fish tacos and I had the spaghetti squash Bolognese. Mom was utterly befuddled at the concept of a non pasta noodle. The Roasted Poblano & Corn Bisque was full of flavor, the Curry Chicken Salad was also very tasty and not too heavy, and the White Chocolate Bread Pudding was delicious. I ordered the chicken curry salad and changed it up a bit- I asked for kale instead of mixed greens and for the chicken to be plain with no curry seasoning because I don't like spicy things. It was honestly one of the best salads I've ever had! The dressing that came with it was perfect for the salad, not too heavy and it wasn't drenched in dressing. So where do you go when you've been driving around for 10 minutes, passing up fast food joint after fast food joint? You go to Bellagreen. This place opened up pretty recently, so don't be caught by surprise when you walk in and notice maybe two other couples splayed out across the dining room. But if you're like me and enjoy a nice ambience without the hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you. It's a sit-in, order-at-the-front kind of deal with the menus to greet you right before the smiling cashier. The prices all varied from reasonable to slightly on the pricier side (note the area), but man. Oh man, do they do the food justice. Being indecisive, the shrimp and crab was suggested to me, and man. I'm still salivating at the thought. My plate was brought to the table by a grinning server who informed me that the hipster-ish, grass decor on the walls were in fact real, before hurrying off so I could enjoy my meal. I don't have the pictures anymore, but let me tell you, her personality shined just as bright as her looks. The shrimps were big and succulent, seasoned just right. I had the Honey-Fried Goat Cheese and Arugula salad, and it was wonderful! Enormous portion of the salad - could have used less arugula, but one more of the goat cheese patties (they were smaller than I expected, considering that was the first part of the name of the dish on the menu). It was delicious though!! My husband had the chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries, and he enjoyed it. He also ordered a glass of Crowded House Sauvignon Blanc and it was a very nice wine with citrus notes. We ordered the Domino Cake and took it to go. It was wonderful - way high on the chocolate meter! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I went home and recommended Bellagreen - Vintage to my daughter who is trying to "eat clean".
