New to town so trying to find a good place. The ladies were nice but I'm pretty disappointed for the money I paid. I was told the mani pedi was 38. During my pedicure she asked me about the skin on my heels. I said yes, I mean they always work on that I thought. Well she charged me for the callus treatment which I didn't have any calluses but ok. But then at the end she charged the same for my 16 year old daughter. I questioned them and they said yeah she got the callus treatment too. Her feet are not callused or Even hardened at all. Plus I mean they didn't do anything but put a little oil on my heel for $5 extra dollars? (So I paid $86 vs the 76 I was quoted). And they feel the same, they are not soft and smooth like when I've gone to other places that didn't charge extra. As far as my manicure, they did not put any drying polish on top (that I know of) and didn't have the dryer heaters to put your hands in. They obviously wanted us to leave even though I was trying to let my nails dry (the lady kept coming up to me saying thank you for coming). So I was careful driving home. Sat on the couch to watch tv and fell asleep. Then woke up to gooey smooshed nails. Definitely didn't need to pay money for that. I felt like they weren't concerned with getting my repeat business. I will continue to look for a regular place. read more

I got an excellent pedicure here from Kelly ( Hung is her real name) I have problematic toenails and she spent a lot of time rebuilding the damaged ones. I was there 1.5 hours not for gel either and it only cost $42. And they look great. The only thing that drive me a little crazy was the technicians kept talking away to each other laughing etc like no one was there and it was pretty loud. It felt disrespectful to the client. I would have appreciated silence and music or something peaceful. read more

I have been coming to Bellagio for my regular mani/pedi for 2 years now. The service is friendly and accommodating, it's easy to walk-in, and the pricing is right. They usually have a special running for a spa pedicure, with the paraffin and salt scrub, for $32ish. It's a good price and the whole service is a very relaxing treat. I recommend it. BUT, the reason i am writing this is that I forgot, as in, left in the chair and drove away, TWO diamond rings. I only realized it after I finished grocery shopping. Needless to say, I was sick. I naturally started crying right away (always the best way to handle these things) and drove back to the salon (playing the explanation to my husband out in my head...over and over) to find them closed for the day. So I called the number of the salon to leave a (probably semi-hysterical) message, but they answered the phone. They had forwarded the phone to the owners cell, just in case I called. So they found the rings, saved them, knew they were mine, forwarded the phones, and DROVE back to the salon after hours to give me my rings. Seriously, great great service and kind people. The ambiance is nice and I received a wonderful pedicure. It was a 10min massage which isn't the norm at a place with prices this reasonable. One negative was that callus removal was $5 extra and personally, I think removing callus's should be included in a standard pedi but whatever. I get gel nails and the technician did a great job and didn't charge me extra for the 2 broken nails. I will definitely go back. read more

They do a pretty good job on my nails, but the last two times I came in (weekend mornings) at the time they were SUPPOSED to open, I had to wait in my car for 20-30 minutes before anyone got here to open. Then you have to wait again until they get their stations set up. Today, they say they open at 10, but didn't actually open until 10:20...the girl who opens was sitting in her car in the parking lot the whole time eating her breakfast! So the now full nail lady started working on the woman who was here before I was, so I asked her how long until someone else got here to do nails...she said 10 minutes. Now it's 25 minutes later, and I'm walking out the door in disgust. There are plenty of other nail places that will do a good job and not make me waste my entire Sunday! I will never be back. So, do they do a good job? Yes. But is it worth them not being punctual? Not any more. read more

I wouldn't say that they were great but like the 3-star says, they were A-OK. I went here because my sister and I needed to get our nails done and the place I normally go to was busy (it was a Saturday). We both had pedicures. We were greeted and told to sit in the pedicure chairs almost immediately which was nice. The spa was not very full. There were 3 other customers there when we came in. My sister was in a rush and sat in the chair for approximately 15 without anyone seeing to her. Once my sister alerted them that she was in a rush they saw to her. They were very nice and accommodating and tried to get her done within her time constraints. The reason that I gave them 3 stars is because they painted my nails pretty sloppily. My large nail on my right foot looked like they only painted half of it with all of the coats. It was not obvious to me in the salon when I couldn't see it well but once I got outside I saw it. To me it wasn't worth going back to get it fixed as I'll probably remove it and do it myself soon. A few of my other nails had entirely too much polish on them and at the edges of the nail it was raised (if that makes any sense). It may have just been an off day for them and I may go back to give them another try. However, I think it was 25 for a pedicure (with the callus remover) which for the pedicure I got it is a bit pricey read more

I ended up wandering over here when I took the car to Pepboys for brake pads. Surprisingly, they open before 10 (score) so I was able to waltz right in at 9:30 and sat in a chair for a spa mani/pedi. The place looks very clean and the decor is warm and refreshing. It is $33 for a spa mani/pedi (not too pad since you get a little arm and leg massage. My nails look amazing. It was pretty busy by the time I left for 10:30am on a Tuesday. They seem to have quite a few regulars. They also let you tip on a credit/debit card which I love since I never seem to have cash on me. My fingers and toes look amazing! We'll see how long the polish lasts but this is definitely my favorite place in the area so far. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars. read more

The staff was very friendly and professional...the place looked clean and organized. If I had yelped Bellagio a few months ago I would of gave it 4 stars but the last 2 times I feel as though they have had to rush pedicures. It may be because I got one right before New Years and they had ALOT of people getting Pedi's but I had one in November as well and it was very similar to my end of December visit. The girls there are AMAZING this is why I gave it 3 stars as opposed to 2. They are so sweet and they do a great job with the nail painting, but it just seems super rushed. They wanted my chair for another customer and I had only been there around 20 mins.... I will continue to go back there, I'm really thinking I came in around the wrong time of year! read more

I normally get a french (pink & white) but decided to go for the more pointy oval look that is popular. I also went for a bright reddish-pink gel--a first for me. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice until she offered the more expensive option and I replied with a no. After that, I feel as if she rushed through the pedicure and in doing so, she cut my toe and was very rude. Definitely the worst pedicure i've had and NOT worth $22! I came in for the first time 3 weeks ago as a walk in looking to get acrylic nails put on again. Lynn was available to them and little did I know how much I lucked out! My nails were exactly the shape and length I asked for. I left feeling great, but really the next test was to see how well my new nails would hold up. I work with dogs and there's a lot of chances for my nails to break. After 3 weeks I called and made another appt. with Lynn. My nails were still in great shape, just grown out too much as would be expected. This time I really noticed how meticulous Lynn is when she's doing the nails. Each one looks even and perfectly done. I asked for coffin nails and she didn't even do that. On top of that my design looks like a 5 year old did it and than they break not even a week into having them. I want to 1st share that recently, I was extremely frustrated with the state of nail salons. I had come to rely on them to help me look well groomed. However, when I spend my hard-earned money, I want to feel welcome, appreciated, relax and enjoy good service and a terrific manicure. unfortunately my experience at nail salons in this area was the opposite - and downright upsetting particularly because of rudeness. Until I found Bellagio!! I have been twice now- and they are an absolute delight! I am so grateful I found them! Totally unique - They greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome! The whole atmosphere feels like a warm friendly place- with a lovely vibe among staff, and between staff and customers. Jennifer did a terrific job on my nails. I can NOT get over the quality of my gel manicure. It has been over two weeks and I don't have a single chip, nor has the polish started to lift as it grows away from my cuticle. I work at Trader Joe's which means I am ripping open cardboard boxes, reaching into carts, and using my hands ALL day. To not have one flaw after two weeks is simply amazing. Interior is nicer than a lot of nail salons in the area, but my experience was awkward... it was dead silent, no music or anything. The older man took me to his station, I needed a manicure & schlac taken off. He missed the same spot of schlac on every one of my nails, filed them straight with sharp corners, and they were all different lengths. It was bizarre, he did a totally different process on one hand than the other. AND...While he was doing my cuticles, he would dip the tool into the liquid my other hand was soaking in! SOOOO gross!!! Then charged me $20! I've definitely experienced better technicians, and a friendlier environment with better pricing. I'll go elsewhere! read more

I have to say I was very dissapointed. I made my appt for 315 for a gel manicure. I called them letting them know I was going to be 5 minutes late. I arrive at 320 and wait until 330. Then the nail tech starts my manicure. About 15 min in she asks if I can wait 15 min bc her appt arrived and she needed to do her nails. Are you kidding me? I am furious at this point. The lack of nail color was already annoying and the fact that midway through my service she stops to see another appt. I will not be coming back here. read more

Lynn was great! Walked in, no appointment, and was very happy with the service and result for gel fills.

The salon was clean and when I walked in at 10:20 am I was greeted and helped right away. I asked for manicure and toe polish change. The manicurist suggested a buff for fingers instead polish 3 new customers walked in and by 1035 I was completely done. When my toes had dried I asked how much. A discussion ensued between owner and manicurist- she then said $26-what? I was shocked then she said oh sorry I meant $25-what I said? This was the fastest most expensive manicure I have had-I do not recommend this nail salon because it was just not right. read more
