They have restaurant supplies- all things you would need to run a restaurant from chopping boards, forks, platters, mixing bowls, knives, etc. They even have a few of the coveted Boos chopping blocks. They have restaurant to go containers, I usually buy them so I don't have to share my Tupperware with family or friends. They have cleaning/janitorial supplies. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. Sales people need serious training here!…read more Brought in a printout from Best Buy's own website with the TV set we wanted. Gave it to the person who asked if he could help and he spent the next 10 minutes tryting to figure out how to bring it up on the computer. Called someone else who I thought might be a supervisor and together it took them another 10 minutes to find the set. When they finally did find it and printed out the receipt we noticed the sales price was $100.00 more than the page I just handed them from their own website. So, they had to cancel that order and start over again. We added on delivery, set up and take away the old set. The receipt just showed vague descriptions of what they were supposed to do. When we got home and after checking the receipt something didn't seem right so called their "Customer support" number and after waiting 15 minutes got a lady who explained that the charge they used was for installing the set on a marble or concrete wall neither of which we had. SO, AGAIN, she canceled the order and put in the right codes and prices. All good, right? Of course not! Phone lady screwed everything up too. So, back to the store and finally found someone with half a brain to get it right. Moral is make sure to check the receipt and ask exactly what everything means on it. By the way, giving them three stars because the installers were very good. They were 5 stars while the store staff was one star so 3 was the average.

The employee assured me it was waiting. After driving 1.5 hours to the store, I was handed a soundbar in "Fair" condition -- not the one I ordered. When I pointed this out, the employees didn't even bother to check the order properly at the counter. Only then did they admit my "Good" condition soundbar had already been given away to another customer. How does this even happen? Why confirm my order if you can't keep the correct item aside? This level of carelessness shows a complete lack of accountability. My time, gas, and effort were completely wasted, and I left empty-handed despite doing everything right on my end. Best Buy needs to fix their open-box handling process immediately -- inventory should be tracked accurately, and confirmed orders should never be handed off to someone else. At the very least, employees should care enough to double-check what they are handing to customers instead of brushing it off. This experience has left me feeling completely disrespected and deeply disappointed. I expected far better, and unless changes are made, I'll be rethinking where I shop in the future.

Last time I needed some refrigerator water line, and the person behind the counter listened carefully to me, went and cut me the line, then selected the water shut off and exact fittings I needed for barely $11. The big box store wanted to charge $26 plus tax for an all in one solution that didn't fit, because that was the one thing they had in stock from their suppliers that fit _most_ refrigerators, so it must fit mine too, right? I currently need both a new pressure reducer for my main line, and a new garage utility sink, and I'll be going to Ferguson for both. Everyone working here is an actual working plumber, what Home Depot used to hire 30 years ago, not a "late for my break" 21 year-old whose plumbing knowledge starts and ends with a garden hose and where the water heater aisle is located. Do yourself a favor and just go here first next time you need anything plumbing related; they have some nice tools as well.
