So so relaxing!! This was such a great find in the new shopping center! The staff especially the guy which I can't remember his name right now but he was amazing! He paid attention to detail for my hands and feet! Clean me right on up! He tried to hold conversation which was very pleasant as well. He doesn't speak much English but he really tries his best!! (Trying is a great effort in my book!!) They have several different pedicure options you can choose from (I have placed a picture of the menu for f offerings) I received a deluxe manicure which was so peaceful and a gel manicure. Both my toes and my fingernails came out looking great. He shaped my nails as I asked and he made sure to clean up my cubicles very nice. He did dig a bit too much on one of my pinky fingers but other than that it was easy breezy! The shop has a nice flow and atmosphere to it. They have 2 TVs that you can watch while getting your toes done. One has a Vietnamese show, and the other was showing Netflicks. Since I was getting my toes done and the other customer had left o asked if I could change the show that they had on and they had no problem with that. 3 of us went here for pedicures a week ago Saturday and we paid EXTRA for the longer massage etc. They were horrible they rushed though it so we walked our money paying for extra services our polish is chipping already and my daughter's toe the next day was all infected she had to go get an antibiotic the Dr. said that they probably used DIRTY items to do the pedicures she's in a lot of pain SO IM WARNING PPL PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU MIGHT GET AN INFECTION AND YOU WILL GET BAD SERVICE. Be careful there is a new employee there she charged my wife $200 dollars for a pedicure and nails . My wife doesn't know English and the language barrier is a problem. The owners are always nice to my wife but this employee tipped herself $100 dollars. Went on Thursday 12/17/20 with my wife and mother in law to get there nail and eye extensions, while waiting I checked in and let the man in the front know I wanted a pedicure or whatever it was where they soak my feet and I blow 45 minutes in a massage chair, waited over 2 hours and was never called up, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how they run the establishment and are bias to gender. Spent 150+ and still tipped 20 so can't say I wasn't still fair to small businesses. But still have it one star because I can't give zero. This place is a hit or miss... Before the lady started my nails I showed her what I wanted. I asked her if that was something she could do. (hand paint French wanted a different color than white) she stated she could. she began my nails everything was going good. Wrong! she kept having to fix my nails over and over trying to get the lines "fine" my acrylic is bumpy the gel on my hail isn't even coated evenly! she had no idea what she was doing, and she should of told me so. I would have been okay with that and just done a solid color instead. another lady over looked at my nails and didn't say anything, How can you let a customer leave with very poor quality. This will be the last time I take provide this place with service. $75 and my nails look horrible. It is embarrassing. and who ever is in charge of the hiring, should really do better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Sucks these type of bad experiences ruin it for the nail techs who actually do great work. read more

I'm a fan of dip nails, they last longer are stronger but could never find anyone who actually knows how to do it correctly. Cindy T. was awesome and actually dipped nails correctly, she's also very sweet and patient with her time. I will be going back to see her. read more

I've been here before and had a decent experience, however, my most recent visit will be my last! Thursday morning about an hour after opening time I went in for a full set. There were 3 people inside and the older man sat down to do my nails. He put the acrylic on so thin that a day later a nail already broke off. He could barely hold the brush he was shaking so bad. Took him over 2 HOURS to do my nails! You would think one of the other guys who were there playing on their phones would offer to take over, seeing how long it was taking him to even glue them on! He then proceeded to tell me he only does certain colors, and I had to pick from one of those colors. The polish was so uneven, the texture of the nail was uneven, I feel like I could have done a better job! I was so upset and disappointed. I don't like to complain, so I paid the $45 he charged me and went on about my day. Today I went to my old salon, Unik nails 2, and had my nail tech fix them for me. All in all I wouldn't even rate one star, but that's the lowest rating google will allow. I will NEVER go back to Bella nail spa. They couldn't even offer me water! Totally disappointed. read more

Hit or miss! I've gone numerous times and sometimes it's great and sometimes it's terrible! The last and final time I went was when the charged my card multiple times. I witnessed it and as I was checking my account I told him my account was changed several times. He said he canceled it but that wasn't the case (I sorted it out with my bank) I called the nail spa to tell them they did not cancel any of the extra charges and they hung up on me. I wanted to try this salon out because it's new to my neighborhood and closer than my normal salon. I ended up not getting serviced here and this is why: I showed up at 9:25 (advertised opening is 9am) and saw the sign said 10am opening. The door was unlocked, so I went in and asked what the actual opening time was. The man I spoke to didn't seem to know a lot of English, but he still managed to communicate I should come back later. There were no other customers there. I'll add at this point I did notice a slight odor, but I figured the suite was just a little stuffy. I went and got my car washed and came back at 10:01. Somehow there were now 4 people being serviced! I looked at the sign-in book and they'd been there since 9:42. I said, okay, whatever I can wait a little bit. But then I sat down and realized I hadn't even been acknowledged like the customers who walked in with me and one of the customers in a pedicure chair was just waiting... another 30 seconds passed and I realized that smell in the air was sewage. I didn't need to wait any longer. I crossed my name off the sign-in list and left. Doubt I will give them another try anytime soon. read more

I went about 4 times with the same male and always did a great job. if my nail broke, he would fix it for free all the time. Last time I went he was busy so another woman did my nails. She did not do a good job. Two nails broke by 3rd day and I got a toe infection! I came back to get fixed and get a full set for my daughter. She did a terrible job on my daughter and over charged me! She also charged me for my two broken nails! That bugs me the most. I cannot stand to be overcharged. That did it for me. I will not go back there. I do not recommend this place. Take your chances somewhere else. read more

Service used to be great. It seems they have new owners. As another client stated, they do not open on time and keep the television and music in Vietnamese language. I don't think their clientele is Vietnamese, therefore they are really not trying to please their clients. I used to drive quite a ways to have my nails done there. No more. The atmosphere is not the same as before. read more
