Yelp reviews did not disappoint! Excellent service, quality and vibe at Super Nail!! This was an especially great experience as husband came along for pedicures and this isn't his normal 'outing'. He really enjoyed his pedicure thus we will all definitely return and recommend to others. The deluxe pedicure is the way to go including hot stone massage and mud wrap for $46!

When I arrived, they appeared to be short-staffed, but they seated me anyway. Throughout the pedicure, it felt like she was rushing through the service just to get me out of the chair. She tried to make conversation, but the questions she asked felt more intrusive than friendly. After finishing my pedicure, she immediately started working on my nails. Looking back, I should have spoken up and said I only came in for a pedicure, but I'm a people-pleaser and didn't stop her. What bothered me most was that she never asked whether I wanted an additional service. A simple, "Would you like your nails done as well?" would have been appropriate. Instead, it felt like another service was added without my consent, which came across as a tactic to increase the total cost. Btw they are not cheaper than other nail salons located in Springdale.

They don't give you a booklet with prices for you to choose and they also charge $25-30 for a child to have a pedicure where the industry has never been over $10-15. When we left as they were closing we watched them clean up- nothing sanitized- when I called back this morning I was advised they sanitize after they close. I guess if you go during the day you are out of luck. You definitely can get more for your money elsewhere and even asked if you would like something to drink.

Been wanting (and needing) a manicure for a very long time. Stopped by my bank on Crossover and…read morewhile waiting got a wifi signal and searched for "manicures fayetteville ar". Literally across the street was Fancy Nails II. I had my first manicure in 2014 when I was 57. Since then I have had maybe 7 over these 3 years at, at least, 6 different salons. I can honestly say Fancy Nails II is the first nail salon I know for certain I will be doing business with again. The other places ~ eh ~ I cannot say this. And it doesn't matter anyway cause Fancy Nails II is it for me. I don't need to look around anymore. Absolutely love this place!! MIss Jane, who did my manicure, is an delightful person. She engaged with me and that felt good. The other place where I've had manicures ~ eh ~ I cannot say this. Very often, I felt as if I was nothing more to them then 10 fingertips holding little dollar signs. Really looking forward to the beginning of September when I can treat myself to another manicure at Fancy Nails II. In all honesty, when I do get to treat myself there I will be asking for Miss Jane. She's terrific. This is not to disparage the others at Fancy Nails II. While I was there, there were 4 other customers. Every looked like they were enjoying themselves. In short ~ yeah, right, huh? ~ if you are looking for a good manicure (and, although I haven't yet had one, I am sure, a good pedicure) at a VERY reasonable price, go see the folks down at Fancy Nails II.

DD…read moreprovided excellent customer service, Luke did an amazing job on my pedicure, and the salon itself was very clean, neat, and organized. I also appreciated that they serve wine and other drinks, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and makes the experience feel more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was very disappointing. I had a graduation to attend the following day, and my nails were left with polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, I was told it would come off after washing my hands a few times. While trying to remove it, the technician dug into my skin hard enough to cause pain. I did not feel comfortable leaving with my nails looking unfinished, especially for an important event. To make matters worse, my gel nails began falling off one by one after only a week, even though gel manicures are supposed to last much longer. The quality simply did not match the price paid. The same technician also did my niece's manicure, and during the process her finger began bleeding. Alcohol remover was then applied directly onto the cut, which obviously caused unnecessary pain and discomfort. That situation could have been handled with more care and professionalism. I paid approximately $260 for both services for myself and my niece, and unfortunately the manicure portion was not worth the cost. While I was highly satisfied with the pedicure and customer service from DD and Luke, the manicure experience was a major disappointment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve consistency and customer care.
