Don't get a hair cut from them! Soooo let me tell you my experience. My first time ever going wasn't too bad. The lady (with accent) DID cut my hair short like I wanted, but she cut it toooooo short. Shorter than I expected. My second time! It's my anniversary right. I go in to get my hair shampoo'd and styled. I'm asking for a nice blowout, so I won't look dusty at my anniversary dinner. This lady said she will give me some nice beach waves. I was like " beach waves? Yeah that sounds cute!" So the wash was done and it was time to blow dry my hair. TELL ME WHY SHE WAS USING HER FINGERS TO COMB MY HAIR WHILE SHE WAS DRYING IT! I'm tender headed, so that hurt so bad. Then she starts playing tug-a-war with my hair (curling it with a straightener) to the point that my head was tilting side ways ( I'm surprised I don't have a cricked neck ) I couldn't even keep my eyes open, I was in so much pain. When she was finally done, I look in the mirror expecting some cute "beach waves"... instead I look like a little brown Shirley Temple ! My hair looking like some Curly fries from Arby's. Absolutely disappointed. $40 for that! ‍ Rant over. Moral of this story, find somewhere else to get your hair cut unless you're willing to risk it. read more

I went to this place today to get a coffin shape nail design the dude made my pointer nail crooked and I told him nicely if he can fix this he Said he will "later" five minute later he forgot and kept going and he got mad at me for picking up my phone by accident. He hurt my finger and i kept saying ow when he used the machine. Never again! Dont come here unless you want sloppy manicures! :UPDATE: Dont come here dont ask for a male tech! The ladies here can get very sloppy. The lady who did my nail rushed through just so she could leave earlier, as a result my nails were not fully painted and there were bumps. They can be very rude and hurt your nails. read more

I've given this shop 2 chances. The first time was here visiting my gramma and the pedicure I got was less than good and the lady that did my nails jacked them up. Absolutely atrocious. My 16 month old could've done a better job. And I mean that in the nicest way possible. The second time I went it, I went there because the other place I tried couldn't get me in. I walked in with another man and his small daughter. I got there before the man with his small daughter. We watched another father with his 2 daughters, one smaller, one older asking out right for the cheapest service they can get for nails. The people took the man and his 2 smaller kids before me and the man with his daughter. And we'd been sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. This father with the 2 daughters obviously didn't have an appointment. I finally get moved to a seat to get my nails done and I'm sitting there waiting another 10 minutes. I finally get up to leave and as soon as I get up "oh she coming for you right now" I kindly said "no thank you" and walked out. A single momma just wanted to enjoy her mom time getting pampered and it was just a stressful encounter both times. I won't be back. . read more

This was the worst time I have ever had at a nail salon! They were very rude! They were having a bad attitude! My two children had a very bad experience at this nail salon! The paint job has was very bad! Make sure you ask for price because they raise the price at the end!! My child's hands hurt! I drove an hour way and this is what we got! Walked in & was told there would be a "10 minute" wait... no. 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes & I couldn't wait any longer so I had to get up & go. After all I was told it would be a short wait. Being generous with 2 stars here. Made an appointment for 5 pedicures/manicures for a Saturday afternoon for a bridal party. We get there and they informed us they wrote it on the wrong day but would be with us when they could. No biggie. They did get us all together for the pedis which was nice. They were accommodating and apologetic. The lady that did my pedicure was not gentle or attentive. I cringed, and flinched quite a bit. She pumiced one of my toes so hard it bled. The tips of my toes DID NOT need pumiced by the way. She kept looking away and not really paying attention to what she was doing. Then when I pointed out to her that I was bleeding she put a cotton ball of nail polish remover on it! HOLY CRAP BALLS!!!!!!! I felt like I was going to pass out from the searing pain!!! Writing this post 4 days post pedi and it still hurts and I'm still limping on it. The polish was somewhat sloppy looking too. There was quite a bit on my toes around my nails that she didn't get off. It was a deeper red color too and was very visible. Luckily another lady did my manicure. She did a great job on my natural nails but I needed one acrylic to match the others as it had broken 2 days earlier. It's very noticeably crooked. Even my 12 year old daughter immediately spotted it when I saw her. I didn't catch it at the time because I was chatting with my friend (the bride-to-be) and was trying to have a good time even though my foot was writhing in pain and I was close to tears the rest of the time there. As far as the other girls in the group....the bride had a good experience THANK GOODNESS!!!!. The brides mother had the lady that did my feet do her mani, and I wasn't impressed with how it turned out. One other gal got a full set and it wasn't filed good at all. They were still pretty sharp, corners weren't rounded down at all. The flower girl got her fingers and toes painted french tipped with clear glitter over the top....BUT the gal that did her toes put the clear glitter on first then the white tips so you could barely tell there was any glitter on them. We had to go buy some clear glitter polish and do them again. My advice.....make sure you watch everything they do. read more

Relaxing atmosphere, offers a variety of services, kid friendly. Walk-in based. Staff is polite and professional but not chatty.

I can usually get right in when I show up with no appt and they have a wide variety of colors. But this last time I went my gel color came off within a couple days. And most times you don't just have one person working on your nails. They will say something in another language and switch people without saying anything to you about it. read more

Male nail tech is extremely rude and doesn't listen to how you want your nails. He did them clumpy and crooked . WAY TOO LONG after I asked for short acrylics , all he said was yeah and left the long . Charged me $35 for nails that I didn't want. AND made my fingers bleed. Terrible place. Bad quality nails . Catle is so awesome!!! I had gone to Accents in Bentonville and they wanted to charged $160 for partial highlight touch up( no cut). Not even the salons in California would charge that. I had to find a new place with reasonable prices. Well, I'm glad I found it!! Catle was very knowledgeable and professional and she did an amazing job with my cut and color highlights.
