So save yourself the headache and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you want your extensions to be stolen lol. I made an appointment over the phone through Stephanie. She was polite and made the booking process simple. She suggested a stylist for me as I had no one in particular in mind. I showed up on the day of my appointment and was promptly greeted by a very cheerful and friendly Stephanie. She checked me and offered me a beverage. She brought me some water and showed me the waiting area. I waited for a very brief moment when I was greeted by my stylist, Lesley. I knew I like her at first glance. She had a very easy going demeanor and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She sat me down and we discussed what I was looking to do. My hair needed some real work. I gave her a general direction and let her work her magic. Then she gave me the best damn shampoo of my life!! It felt AMAZING. She colored and cut my hair in a very timely manner. I cannot put into words how much I love my haircut. And my color. But my haircut! I love it! It might be the happiest I've ever been with a new cut. I will definitely be coming back to see Lesley. read more

So this review is based on the policy's not the actual colorist.. I booked my appointment 2 months ago, waited just like everyone else but then real life happened so I had to cancel. My husband is a professional athlete, lives away from home & only gets a single day off a month so when he gets a chance to see his kids that becomes more important than me getting todo my hair. Therefore I called to cancel 24 hours in advance. However they still wanted to charge me $175 for the actual entire appointment. Then once I was made aware of them wanting to charge me I said I'll have my sister go in my place But that wasn't an option because they already gave my appointment time away. So not only did they refill my appointment time they still charged me for a full appointment & wouldn't allow me to actually come in if things changed. Then to top off the girl who I spoke with was acting in a way that I felt was rude. I get policies but they did not lose money because I canceled my appointment yet they actually were able to double dip! It's a shame Bc I love getting my hair done, always tip well & I'm consistent! read more

I would like to first say that my stylist was amazing. She is super nice and worked really hard on my hair! That being said, I feel like for 5 hours of work, and $220, I didn't get what I really came for. I'm not in love with the color of my hair, and i was told to come back in for another session... I have gone blonde multiple times and it has never cost me $400 to do it. I really wanted to love what was done to my hair, but I don't. I hate writing reviews like this because I loved my stylist, but I don't like my hair. This has got to be the best salon in Fayetteville. Not only are the decor and design of the space super modern and fancy, but the girls here are absolutely wonderful. I have been going to Morgan and she is perfect. She makes me feel like a friend and I have been loving everything she's done with my hair. DO NOT GO to the new girl Morgan Nuessner. Let's start with the terrible haircut and color. Not only did she do a shockingly bad job, she lied throughout the process to hurry through for the sake of her own schedule. Not to mention she was rude, cocky and talked poorly about clients and coworkers. She charged far more than any other stylist would ever charge without being open about what was going on. She is not cooperative or open to criticism and was even more rude after the service though I was unhappy. She acts very fake nice. I am shocked they have her working there. Blonde has always been very high-quality with wonderful professional women. She is not one of them. read more
