Overall Mariah did a decent job at my first appointment. I did end up with blonde money pieces after I told her during the consult that I did not want them. Worst part is the money pieces were poorly done and completely uneven, which you could tell every-time I put my hair in a ponytail. Also, after she washed me in the bowl she didn't put any product on my hair afterwards. No leave-in or heat protectant, so I left looking frizzy after she dried and styled me. The most unfortunate part is I booked again because I had an upcoming wedding in two months and I didn't know anyone else in town. Since she didn't burn my hair off, I figured I could trust her for a second go around Mariah texted me the evening before my appointment to see if I could come in at a different time. I texted her back the same day a wide range of other times I could come in the following day. The morning of my appointment she texted me and canceled, she said it was an error on the receptionist and they did not communicate to me properly. I told her I understood but really needed to get my hair done as I was in a wedding the following day, which I already told her two months prior when I made the appointment. I asked if she could speak with the other stylists in the salon if they could please squeeze me in. She said she would talk to the girls and let me know asap She never reached out again. read more

The owner was the stylist that did my hair. I feel I should Have been denied as a candidate for extensions. Here is a breakdown of my experience as well as pictures. I trusted Michelle to do my hair extensions after an in person consultation on Wednesday July 15, 2026. She expressed I had a lot of hair but that I was absolutely a candidate for 16 inch length hair extensions. I was quoted a total at my consult of $2025 and left a $475 down payment for my appointment that was on Friday July 17, 2026 at 8 am. I left the salon on Friday, over 13 hours later with what looked like the perfect head of hair. (See photo). Michelle painted the top of my hair a color that she said would help blend my hair color with the extensions. My hair looked black on the top. I did a hair removal treatment on my own (see pics of Black hair and then my actual hair color). At the end of the appointment, Michelle curled my natural hair and extensions and everything looked pretty well blended. She said we didn't need to add layers and that after I washed the extensions they would "fluff" up and would blend well with my hair. About halfway thru the appointment Michelle realized how much hair I had and decided we needed to do individual pieces (K-tips) to help blend. At 9:30 pm on Friday after my hair was done Michelle let me know I owed a remainder Of $2800 when I had paid 475 already. I washed my hair on Saturday night (July 18, 2026) and blew dry it (as instructed). When I woke up on Sunday, the 19th, the extensions were not fluffed at all and were stick straight. I tried to blend them but gave up and put in a ponytail. I was horrified at what my hair looked like and I also had an excruciating headache from the weight of how much hair was used. I contacted Michelle and had her remove my extensions on Sunday. She mentioned in the future if I wanted to try again she could perm the extensions for a better blend with my hair---why was this never mentioned during the process? After this extremely long day and unexpected money spent, this experience left me frozen so my husband wanted to help advocate for me and he texted Michelle and asked for an itemized bill. A bill was sent to my husbands email. The itemized bill was not Accurate as it stated I left a tip much larger than I had and showed I still had a balance owed. They converted part of my payment for service into the tip amount to make it look like I still owed for the service and they were waiving the remaining balance. She also put prices next to products that I was told were a free "extension goody bag." (Said goody bag was returned). My husband sent an email explaining the entire process I went through and asked for a partial refund. Pictures below: the finished product on Friday, what my hair looked like after I washed it, the painted dark roots she did and the pic after I did my own stripping treatment. I feel I was completely misinformed and misled. Michelle should have denied me as a candidate for extensions. She got paid and then wouldn't work with me on any type Of refund. This cost me over $3000! I hope this post prevents this devastating experience from happening to anyone else!! read more

If I could I would give a 0. Don't go here and don't trust them. They are thieves. They stole a row of extensions and then tried to lie about it Imaooo. So save yourself the headache and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you want your extensions to be stolen lol. When calling them out, Maddie's (Maddie the girl who stole) husband or boyfriend bryer called me a dumbass. (Have screenshot proof) Do better as a salon! Also writing a review on here because they keep deleting comments on instagram and TikTok then blocking. So they wont be able to delete on here. read more

I made an appointment over the phone through Stephanie. She was polite and made the booking process simple. She suggested a stylist for me as I had no one in particular in mind. I showed up on the day of my appointment and was promptly greeted by a very cheerful and friendly Stephanie. She checked me and offered me a beverage. She brought me some water and showed me the waiting area. I waited for a very brief moment when I was greeted by my stylist, Lesley. I knew I like her at first glance. She had a very easy going demeanor and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She sat me down and we discussed what I was looking to do. My hair needed some real work. I gave her a general direction and let her work her magic. Then she gave me the best damn shampoo of my life!! It felt AMAZING. She colored and cut my hair in a very timely manner. I cannot put into words how much I love my haircut. And my color. But my haircut! I love it! It might be the happiest I've ever been with a new cut. I will definitely be coming back to see Lesley. read more

So this review is based on the policy's not the actual colorist.. I booked my appointment 2 months ago, waited just like everyone else but then real life happened so I had to cancel. My husband is a professional athlete, lives away from home & only gets a single day off a month so when he gets a chance to see his kids that becomes more important than me getting todo my hair. Therefore I called to cancel 24 hours in advance. However they still wanted to charge me $175 for the actual entire appointment. Then once I was made aware of them wanting to charge me I said I'll have my sister go in my place But that wasn't an option because they already gave my appointment time away. So not only did they refill my appointment time they still charged me for a full appointment & wouldn't allow me to actually come in if things changed. Then to top off the girl who I spoke with was acting in a way that I felt was rude. I get policies but they did not lose money because I canceled my appointment yet they actually were able to double dip! It's a shame Bc I love getting my hair done, always tip well & I'm consistent! read more

I would like to first say that my stylist was amazing. She is super nice and worked really hard on my hair! That being said, I feel like for 5 hours of work, and $220, I didn't get what I really came for. I'm not in love with the color of my hair, and i was told to come back in for another session... I have gone blonde multiple times and it has never cost me $400 to do it. I really wanted to love what was done to my hair, but I don't. I hate writing reviews like this because I loved my stylist, but I don't like my hair. I came in hoping to go blonde not thinking that i would need two $200 sessions, since that's never happened before. I left feeling less confident, and unhappy with my hair... read more

This has got to be the best salon in Fayetteville. Not only are the decor and design of the space super modern and fancy, but the girls here are absolutely wonderful. I have been going to Morgan and she is perfect. She makes me feel like a friend and I have been loving everything she's done with my hair. I won't ever go to another salon as long as I live here. read more

Everything about this salon is amazing! I am forever grateful for Rachel and her incredible skills. She saved my hair from a terrible half gray half orange and made it a beautiful blonde. If you go here you will definitely be leaving with a smile! read more

DO NOT GO to the new girl Morgan Nuessner. Let's start with the terrible haircut and color. Not only did she do a shockingly bad job, she lied throughout the process to hurry through for the sake of her own schedule. Not to mention she was rude, cocky and talked poorly about clients and coworkers. She charged far more than any other stylist would ever charge without being open about what was going on. She is not cooperative or open to criticism and was even more rude after the service though I was unhappy. She acts very fake nice. I am shocked they have her working there. Blonde has always been very high-quality with wonderful professional women. She is not one of them. read more
