My Sugarista, Hannah, is fantastic. Super nice, talkative (which is great to distract from the…read morepain) and non-judgemental. As someone who is both overweight and trans, it is so important to have be non-judgemental and she is great. And i always get the services I request. My only complaint is that the company itself imposes unrealistic time constraints on the Sugaristas. Especially for first time sugaring or people who are overweight, there should be exceptions to the tight time frames they have. My first appointment was with a different Sugarista who was also fantastic, but she was newer and she had to rush through the end of my service to meet the deadlines imposed by management. It still worked out pretty well, but I could tell that she was stressed and the parts she did at the end weren't as thorough because of it. Again, THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE SUGARISTAS. They are great. But these time constraints just aren't always realistic. Overall, great service, great people, but the structure of appointments and time frames needs work.

I went to Holly to get an ombré done to my hair and I walked out crying with highlights from my roots down. When I called the next day to speak with the owner she was very rude and told me they could not refund or help me bc the service had already been provided. I spent $100 to get my hair colored and had to go home an hour later and buy box dye to have it fixed. While speaking with the owner she talked over me the entire time we were on the phone and disputed any complain I had about my hair. She told me they did not ruin my hair and the gave what I asked. She proceeded to tell me "to have a nice life" and hung up on me. I will not go back to this salon and I will not recommend it to anyone. They are rude and entitled and do not desrve the support from this community.
