The lady (with accent) DID cut my hair short like I wanted, but she cut it toooooo short. Shorter than I expected. My second time! It's my anniversary right. I go in to get my hair shampoo'd and styled. I'm asking for a nice blowout, so I won't look dusty at my anniversary dinner. This lady said she will give me some nice beach waves. I was like " beach waves? Yeah that sounds cute!" So the wash was done and it was time to blow dry my hair. TELL ME WHY SHE WAS USING HER FINGERS TO COMB MY HAIR WHILE SHE WAS DRYING IT! I'm tender headed, so that hurt so bad. Then she starts playing tug-a-war with my hair (curling it with a straightener) to the point that my head was tilting side ways ( I'm surprised I don't have a cricked neck ) I couldn't even keep my eyes open, I was in so much pain. When she was finally done, I look in the mirror expecting some cute "beach waves"... instead I look like a little brown Shirley Temple ! My hair looking like some Curly fries from Arby's. Absolutely disappointed. $40 for that! ‍ Rant over. Moral of this story, find somewhere else to get your hair cut unless you're willing to risk it.

Once my tips were put on, I showed maybe 10 different simple designs that she said she could not do. I finally went for a simple tip color on my ring fingers and she never put it on. I kept saying I would get the color for her since she didn't know what turquoise was. She never let me get up to get the color and when she told me to wash my hands I asked if I would get the color after and she just said "no you are done" I asked the manager and she told me no charge for the color and the lady who did my nails messed them up...I ended up spending 40$ to get my nails done and then I had to go get all the supplies to fix it at home for myself.
