I also appreciated that they serve wine and other drinks, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and makes the experience feel more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was very disappointing. I had a graduation to attend the following day, and my nails were left with polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, I was told it would come off after washing my hands a few times. While trying to remove it, the technician dug into my skin hard enough to cause pain. I did not feel comfortable leaving with my nails looking unfinished, especially for an important event. To make matters worse, my gel nails began falling off one by one after only a week, even though gel manicures are supposed to last much longer. The quality simply did not match the price paid. The same technician also did my niece's manicure, and during the process her finger began bleeding. Alcohol remover was then applied directly onto the cut, which obviously caused unnecessary pain and discomfort. That situation could have been handled with more care and professionalism. I paid approximately $260 for both services for myself and my niece, and unfortunately the manicure portion was not worth the cost. While I was highly satisfied with the pedicure and customer service from DD and Luke, the manicure experience was a major disappointment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve consistency and customer care.

This salon is busy like any other salon and I would say the service is average, but what I'm really reviewing here is the quality of their work... Since they are on the Walmart campus, I feel like the should add a 30 minute pedicure or manicure for people coming in their lunch break since I'm sure that will be a common occurrence. The salon itself is beautiful and I love the amount of options they have for people to get. My main complaint beyond them being annoyed at me asking for a shortened service was that my nail tech made a few mean comments about my feet. March 1st I went in for my second visit. It had been about 3 weeks and I decided to get my nails done again. Toes still looked great. I got another set of dips and off I went. The Gentlemen said to come on down so I did and was helped immediately. Helen took care of me and gave me options for the pedicure I wanted. I went with the "classic" and she did an amazing job. I felt very pampered!! Next we talked about my nails and she recommended "dip" over gel just because it would hold up better. They have over 800 of colors to choose from Anyway, she did such a great job and I only spent $79 for both services! Highly recommend

I didn't like that bait and switch. It should have been communicated that Karen wasn't available. I was very uncomfortable during the 11/2 hr pedicure. The way it's set up just is odd. The bowl kept slipping so I was trying to hold it so it didn't slip which hurt my legs. The opposite of what a relaxing spa experience should have been. I had two toe nails that were broke so to keep my nails even she left them completely uneven. No communication at all. She should have said since your 2 nails broke do you want me to cut the others down to make these 2 straight or keep them long and these 2 will be crooked. But she didn't speak at all. At all. I asked her to do a 3rd coat since it was streaky. She needed it to dry before putting on a topcoat. At that time my pedicure was over 90 mins already and I had an appt after my services, so I suggested that we start my manicure and then put the top coat on after my manicure. She said no she couldn't do that. No discussion just no. So I skipped the top coat. Definitely just get cozy not cozier or coziest. The towel was cold in a few minutes but she was gone for the 5 mins it was on and the massage was too soft. I decided to just get a cozy manicure. My manicure turned out ok but no scrub nolotion at all. That just seems weird. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs but would have been there for 3 if I didn't downgrade. All for an uncomfortable, subpar service. Not again. Oh and it was Valentine's Day week and not one person came in or called the entire time I was there. Odd. Or maybe not so odd after my experience.
