I went in here excited to find a new convenient shop close to UPS store (which I frequent…read moreregularly) and Emily talked big things about "builder gel"instead of acrylic that I've been using for years so I paid $80 for takeoff and a new set and within two days had a nail pop off, another day or two another one popped off, then another a couple days later so I went back to have them replace the set. It was like they were press-on nails, which I could get for $6.99 at Walgreens. Extremely disappointed. They did do the new set however several days later had another one pop off and when I called to get it repaired, they refused to make an appointment saying that it had been too long since my original set which was total trash so I simply wasted $80 at a place with obviously bad products and a place that does not want to stand behind their product or keep lasting clients. Would not recommend at all!

I didn't like that bait and switch. It should have been communicated that Karen wasn't available. I was very uncomfortable during the 11/2 hr pedicure. The way it's set up just is odd. The bowl kept slipping so I was trying to hold it so it didn't slip which hurt my legs. The opposite of what a relaxing spa experience should have been. I had two toe nails that were broke so to keep my nails even she left them completely uneven. No communication at all. She should have said since your 2 nails broke do you want me to cut the others down to make these 2 straight or keep them long and these 2 will be crooked. But she didn't speak at all. At all. I asked her to do a 3rd coat since it was streaky. She needed it to dry before putting on a topcoat. At that time my pedicure was over 90 mins already and I had an appt after my services, so I suggested that we start my manicure and then put the top coat on after my manicure. She said no she couldn't do that. No discussion just no. So I skipped the top coat. Definitely just get cozy not cozier or coziest. The towel was cold in a few minutes but she was gone for the 5 mins it was on and the massage was too soft. I decided to just get a cozy manicure. My manicure turned out ok but no scrub nolotion at all. That just seems weird. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs but would have been there for 3 if I didn't downgrade. All for an uncomfortable, subpar service. Not again. Oh and it was Valentine's Day week and not one person came in or called the entire time I was there. Odd. Or maybe not so odd after my experience.

I literally was on my way home and saw this nail salon and decided to stop in…read more I am so happy I did. Not only is it clean, bright and spacious but they offer wine! YAY!! Always a must after a long day at work or just as a little "bennie" to go with "me time" The nail technicians are very nice. I was paired with Danny. He is meticulous. He doesn't talk a lot but I like that. I did a a full set of dips and a gel pedicure. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Super happy. That was my first visit. March 1st I went in for my second visit. It had been about 3 weeks and I decided to get my nails done again. Toes still looked great. I got another set of dips and off I went. Just as happy as the first time. Danny was my technician again. Then COVID-19 hits about 3 weeks later and all salons etc are closed. I had to share this pic. We are now talking 7 weeks since my nails have been touched and I had to share. I am amazed that these suckers are still on and look half way decent. I am not easy on my hands and with the self quarantine I have been doing a ton of dishes. I guess what I'm trying to say is... T's nail salon is so worth it. They are beyond clean, have hundreds of polish, gels and dip colors to choose from, keep long hours, serve wine, and their product lasts!!! Check them out, I'm now a forever client! ,

I always come here when I'm home for the holidays. I can't wait to make this my go-to spot once I relocate back to the area this summer. Everyone is SO NICE and very good at their job! They also have amazing new massage chairs. Bao is so sweet and good at absolutely everything. Her husband is great with acrylics and Vu gives the best massages! They offer all the trendy options like matte finishes, dips, and chrome. Great pricing too! I purchased 4 pedicure gift certificates for family members for Christmas. I didn't expect for us to be able to go in together, but I called in the AM and Bao got all 4 of my family members in for pedicures while I had my nails filled. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Would like to keep this spot my family's secret, but wouldn't be fair to such an amazing business.
