Cecilia is so gentle and does a great job informing you of what product she is using and what it is good for! I also appreciated the facial massage I got, which was heavenly! She is professional and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. She has also given me great advice on my skin care routine. Not only that but she's quick at what she does and leaves my skin silky smooth with no irritation. All the girls that I've encountered at the front desk have been very friendly and professional! I've had to cancel up to an hour before my appointment and they were quick to get me rescheduled. From my understanding, they do have a strict cancellation policy so be sure to contact them regarding reservations/cancellations.
