DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT NAIL FUNGUS AND RUSHED SERVICE...Recently moved to the area and stumbled across this place and wanted a simple manicure with acrylics. I was rushed the whole time and was given uneven/lopsided nails and the acrylic was applied incorrectly. I've gone to many nail salons in the past and have gotten nail fungus from acrylics applied incorrectly-when there's air/space in-between your real nail & the acrylic-bacteria/fungus/water seeps into that space and that leads to infection. Anyways, I noticed there's space in-between my real nails and acrylics and went back to them to explain this and was given super glue to fix the problem (which didn't fix it because the acrylic was applied incorrectly) and when I asked them to fix it, they refused and gave me a hard time. Also, at the end of my manicure, they didn't even give me hand lotion even though my hands are drier then the Sahara. No cuticle work or removal or any stray hang nail. Slapped on that acrylic and rushed to the next customer. AND the acrylic/gel burnt my natural nails so much, it WAS PAINFUL!! I told them it hurt and they told me to remove my hand and put it back into the UV machine...I had healthy nails before this salon....praying I'll have healthy nails after.. I would not recommend this nail salon to ANYONE! Service is terrible and the employees, the ones that do nails only, and owner included are incredibly rude. I visited this salon last week, I explained to the girl that was doing my nails I wanted to keep my shape just cut the nails down. She changed my shape entirely, both hands were different, I asked her to fix them, she then rolled her eyes. She continuously kept filing my skin, causing it to bleed. I made her aware each time and she would stop, look at me, sigh, and roll her eyes again. She then attempted to charge me extra, stating that I asked for a completely different shape and that there was a fee for filing nails down. They also instituted a $3 fee if you pay with a credit card, however they do not tell you until after you pay with your credit card. Just very unprofessional and disappointing. read more

i moved from NY summer 2022 and one of the things i miss is a really good manicure. I've been going here for a few months now based on a friends recommendation. I had ok manicures from one of the techs, kept using her because it wasn't terrible. I decided to try a new tech today that I heard good things about to see if I could find a tech that did a really great job. I asked for a powder ombre, she ended up using gel and glitter and it looked like my 6 year old did it. definitely not professional looking at all and was charged $65. at first I wasn't going to say anything bc it takes some time and I don't live close but my sister and husband said it was really awful and to go back. so i did and the tech fixed it and actually did what I initially asked for, did a good job but then went and charged me an extra $10. $75 for what I initially asked for. it is actually absurd. this manicure cost me $85 and with the pedicure it came out to just under $130. the guy who's in charge said he's charging me because it's ombré. um? no that's not how that works, that's how much it costs, that's what i paid for, you didn't provide the service i paid for. sad because I would've come back and kept sending friends but i see now that there's really bad customer service and don't want someone getting ripped off like i did. lose a client over doing a bad job that needs to be fixed and then charging for it. Such a shame.... But I will probably not be returning. Much like most of the reviews that are on here, it seems like they need a better scheduling system. I called two days ago and spoke with what I would assume is one of the new owners. I asked for my nail tech by name because she is the only one that I will let do my nails, and was told that she was completely booked with the exception of 2 PM. I said that would be fine and immediately put it into my calendar. He repeated the appointment date and time to me so I figured it shouldn't have been a problem. This was my only day off. I showed up early walked in told him my appointment is for 2 PM at which point he sat me down and begin removing what I had on my nails. 10 after two and he approached me to let me know that my appointment was for 1 o'clock instead of two. And that my nail tech is booked solid. Strange because he told me 2 PM when he made my appointment there's no mistake there... seems to me like he messed up and was trying to cover it up. At that point beyond upset as I worked all of my prior engagements around their schedule I am forced to leave with my nails undone. They just lost at least three customers and then some because I was planning on bringing my daughters here later this week and I work for a major beauty retailer and will not hesitate to share my experience with my coworkers and clients. This is not the first time that I have seen this happen. And now I've had it happen to me. And the apology was less than sufficient. He asked me to come tomorrow knowing full well that I just got done explaining that this is my only day off. I can't keep you from going to this place but if you do I would ensure that you don't have anything scheduled immediately following your "appointment". Otherwise you'll be stuck trying to figure out ways to shift your schedule. read more

Terrible. A nail tech took me and ten minutes into doing my nails, she rushes me out of her chair because her actual appointment came in. When the second lady took me she was just as aggressive in doing my nails as the first and the finished product of my nails were not the shaped I asked for and the nail polish was running out so the coat doesn't look even. If you want a place with actual customer service PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Today I called and made an appointment with Sophia But I get a call to let me know she'll be there by 11. I'm less than 5 mins away for my 10:30 but I say ok no problem things happen I get it. My nail tech strolls in 1 hour after my appointment time....I have a child with a sitter who was expected to watch her for 2 hours max. I show her my design and she begins. Once she gets to the design I showed her and she assured me she could do she starts painting. Once done I look and the design looks absolutely nothing like the photo but like dog paws. So I told her I was unhappy and it had to be done again. So she goes back in a second time adding her own spin on what I asked for. Once again I look and I am unhappy! She asks if it's ok I get up and go to pay because at this point it's after 1pm and I've been here since 10:30. When I get to the counter I was about to be charged $75 and I said absolutely not. I will not be paying for something I didn't ask for so I'm more than happy to pay for what was completed correctly but I will not be paying for what looks the opposite what I asked for. The nail tech begins to tell me that I need to pay or she's taking everything off. I said ok she took the design off and continued to yell at me that she's not doing my nails because I'm unprofessional. I've been in the industry for 15 years and never ONCE have I been called unprofessional because I wasn't happy with my service. Luckily a woman came over to ask to see the picture because she thought another girl could indeed do it. And I'm so happy I waited for her because she did a beautiful job thank you so much!! Even another patron was disgusted in how i was talked to by an employee. Since Jason & Tina have left this place has gone down hill. I will never come back and I've been a client for years. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and I was so upset from my recent experience that i am going to find a new nail salon. They change their prices for whatever mood they are in .. what they do is definitely not legal. I got charged an extra fee with my gel manicure for to "cut and file" my nails which i have never paid for before in my years of coming here. Isn't this a part of the service ? Are they going to add additional fees for things that should be included ? When asked about it all they could do was shrug their shoulders and told me whoever was charging me before was wrong. I have also been sneakily charged for little things randomly like soaking off my nails. That's probably why you can't find any of their pricing online because they try and take advantage of you depending on when management is around and charge what they want to . I recommend seeing Jimmy for your gels. He's talks a ton but he treats you like your besties. He explains everything he's doing to your nails. He doesn't rush and he's gentle. I love it here. I wanted to love this place because it's so convenient for me and I think it's gorgeous inside. Price was great and they even gave me 10% off for my first time. Pedicure was done last week and 2 toes are already chipped. That hasn't happened to me in a long long time. But honestly what put me over the edge, she clipped the corners of my big toe nails and then proceeded to pull upwards on the cut off piece which can cause major issues. Thats a major no no... Never mind the pain it can cause also infection. Didn't even bother to round out that clipped corner of my nail with a file. I will not be returning. read more

I always, always go to this salon and they always do my nails really nicely whenever I get acrylics. However, today I went in and got a gel manicure. I usually make appointments with specific nail techs, but I didn't this time because I gel manicures are usually simpler to do. Or so I thought. For starters, she didn't even clean my cuticles??? She only did it at the very end when I pointed it out. Second, I asked for a square shape and some of them were round, some were uneven. I had to file it myself when I got home. And when she was removing my acrylics, midway she asked if everything was good, I noticed that the parts of the nails were thick and others were thin so I pointed that out politely, and she gave me attitude and proceeded to continue filing down the thin side rather than the thick side. And as for the painting, I'll let the photo speak for itself. I really like this salon, but today I learned to just always stick with the nail tech you always go to no matter the service that you're getting done. read more

Awful. Wait time is awful. They allowed several people go in front of even though I complained about it. Nail polish was super thick and started to come off the second I came home. I came back to fix it the next day and I had to wait so long. Inexperienced nail techs who left scratchy edges on my nail and don't know how to shape nails. The nail polish they use comes off so fast. Not worth your time and money. Also, their prices change so often. This salon is under poor management since Jason left!! I've been going to Bella since they opened. Everyone was very nice and it was always spotless. Since Jason has been gone, the staff is less then friendly, the quality of service has gone down and the place is becoming dirty. I went yesterday for a pedicure. When I walked in, the woman at the counter who takes the money was debating with a customer about how they no longer have gift certificates and the price of a gel pedicure is $40. I looked up at there price chart hanging above the ATM machine and it clearly states $38 for a gel pedicure. The customer she was debating with mentioned that to her, and her response was, "that's the old price". The girl paid whatever she owed and walked out. I got my pedicure, upon paying I told her if she wasn't going to honor the prices that are displayed, she should at least change the signs. She grunted, placed my card on the counter and didn't make eye contact or say thank you for my business. That will be the last time I go there! Poor customer service! I've been coming here for a few months now, last 3 times I've been here I brought my friend along, I usually get an acrylic fill in & gel pedicure, I get charged a different price every time I go, when I ask about it they tell me "next time don't get a hell pedicure" which is insulting. One week they charge $28 for a gel pedicure & the next it's $38. My friend on the other hand gets dip powder and always has a pic for reference if she wants a design, she asks if it's possible and they usually say yes. Last time we went the lady picked all the wrong colors, and got frustrated and started yelling in frustration when my friend nicely pointed out that wasn't what she asked for. After that was settled, my friend was charged a total of $95 dollars for a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. The "design" alone was a whopping $25 extra, without even disclosing that to her in the beginning. The way the owner treats the women that do the pedicures is also atrocious, demanding and yelling at them like they're dogs and I can clearly hear the women saying they haven't had a lunch, at 4:30-5pm. There was about 20 people waiting to get their nails done and every chair had someone in it. The place is beautiful on the inside and the people who do the nails are very nice and do a good job. The owner is a complete scammer. My friend gave the owner cash and her card to cover her nails and he purposely overcharged her nails. I called to ask if I bring holographic powder with me will I be charged and the owner told me I wouldn't, then got my nails done and the nail lady I guess didn't want to use my product but I figured since I brought my own I still wouldn't be charged. Only when I'm finished they tell me I owe $70 when originally it was supposed to come out to $35 but you should know they charge for soaking the nail polish off and $20 for the holographic powder that I wouldn't have agreed to if I had known especially since I brought my own. Told the owner I would like to return but don't appreciate being scammed and he refused to give any type of gift card or money back, until one of his workers told him he was wrong and should give some type of gift card for my troubles. It really doesn't matter either way cause I won't be returning ever again and hope everyone reading this doesn't put money in this assholes pocket. Very rude owner and too much confusion. When you walk in, you have no idea where to go or who to see. I made an appt with Harry and the owner looked at me like I had ten heads confused when I said I had an appt., so he directed me to get a pedi first. The lady that did my gel pedicure needed to ask for direction on how to take off the previous gel color on my nails. Then I ended up going back two days later because they chipped anyway. The employees are mute and do not communicate with me, just very rude! Also a very uncomfortable feeling in the environment because the owner talks down on all the pedicure ladies. Well..... so where do I begin When I walked in to the salon I was told to go sit in a chair two wait I waited for 30 minutes until I got called Over by a lady, when I sat down she asked me what I wanted I wanted a simple plant design on each of my ring fingers and then she proceeded to tell me that she will charge me $30 dollars per design when it clearly said on the paper that it was $2 dollars per design she said that the $30 dollar design was her price . So after that I told her what color I wanted and she started to paint my nails and she had a paper towel on the table and some how she glued a paper towel to my hand after she got done I noticed that one of my fingers were streaky so I asked her to fix it and she told me that it would $10 dollars to fix it . Note she drilled my nail down so much that it burns and hurts now The Service is absolutely terrible don't waste your time or money! read more
