I love this salon. I am able to set an appointment by calling them and the nail techs are wonderful. I have been going here for over 5 years and highly recommend them. read more

Worst pedicure ever, he didn't even put soap in the water for my feet to soak in. Cut my nails so short you can barely see them after I told him I like them longer. I went in with nails almost a half inch above the toe. Didn't rub them and cut the side of my foot with the metal scrapper that I didn't even need. What a waste of money. Never go here read more

WORST EXPERIENCE! I got a pedicure here. After my pedicure was done and I was checked out the woman that did my nails left. I was sitting at the drying area and after 5-10 minutes the woman that was still in the salon shut the lights off and the nail drying machine! She didn't say anything just shut everything off then stood there giving us nasty looks. Mind you it was not even 6:30pm and it says they are open until 7:30pm. I then proceeded to try to get up since apparently we were no longer wanted in the salon and my big toe hit the chair and got completely messed up because it obviously didn't have enough time to dry and we were being rushed out. I proceeded to tell the woman this and she was very annoyed and instead of repainting my nail she proceeded to try to move the nail polish around and sculpt it back onto the toe and paint a glitter top coat over it, so it was all chunky and not flat and even. I told her I wasn't happy with that and she refused to repaint it. She started getting loud with me and talking down to me. She then turned the dryer back on and after 5 minutes told me it was dry and time to go. It was NOT dry and she was forcing us out of the shop. We left and I was standing in the parking lot when she came outside and approached me and started arguing with me again. I asked her if she was the owner of the shop and what her name was (3 times) and she refused to tell me. She continued on going back and forth with me about how crappy of a job they did for 10 more minutes until I had to back away. She kept telling me basically she didn't need to fix my nails because she wasn't the one that originally did them and I didn't pay her. Regardless she is the one that told the woman that did my nails she could leave so she is then responsible for the customer. This was such a horrible experience I was appalled at the way she was talking to me and treating a customer that just paid over $60 to get a horrible pedicure done. It was so rushed and not relaxing at all. It was very upsetting. I would NEVER recommend this place and I would NEVER come back and give them another dollar. Absolutely worst customer service! That woman should NOT be working with people, she was absolutely horrible. It's funny she was pushing us out because she was in such a rush to leave but then continued to harass me in the parking lot. Don't waste your money at Bella Nails - there are so many other places that respect and care for their customers, Bella Nails does NOT! read more

The service that I received was not quality on 2 separate occasions. My nails kept breaking, the polish continued to chip, and I would not recommend for those reasons. read more

While out enjoying my self care Sunday I decided to check out this nail salon. It is a cute and clean establishment that looks brand new. The staff greeted me upon entering and since they were not too busy I was able to get a spa pedicure right away. The prices are regular and I received a $50 spa pedicure with a foot mask. My feet have been struggling with the fall since I have to wear shoes all the time lol. The foot mask is definitely worth the extra coins. I enjoyed the fresh tingle I felt once the mask was applied and the hot towels were added. Then after my feet and legs felt so smooth. My toe nails are super cute to since I went with a cute orange color for the fall. Glad I found this spot and I plan to return soon. read more

I was here on 3/8/25 and two days later the nails were falling off, I didn't do anything to break them. Do not come here your nails will fall off. The people are nice there but the can be rough while the are doing your nails. I am doing this because the lady asked me if I can do a review. Sorry for being a karen. read more

I ended up doing acrylic nails with my friend and when we got them done they grounded them really thin and when we had to take them off our nails chipped and one of mine is chipping even more just from touching it and I won't go back there because when I took the acrylics off my nails wouldn't stop hurting for day or two I tried putting another color on but I couldn't tell if it was blood or nail polish at one point read more

Let me start off by saying this shop provides outstanding customer service! I had an absolute wonderful experience getting my fill and pedi here. They took me at 6:45 p.m. My tech was pleasant, friendly and never made me feel rushed. They closed at 8:00 p.m. and she stayed until 8:30 p.m. to finish me up in the middle of a storm. Much respect and a very large tip was given as a token of my appreciation. read more

I didn't want to do acrylic because I have my own nails that grew out enough to do something with. So I was going to do gel but she recommended doing the dip... I'm so glad she did and that I listened. I got them done before vacation to Vegas and spent lots of time in the pool... not to mention the crab buffet at the Bellagio! I was using my nails and not even a chip... this is 2 weeks after and still looking good. read more

This nail place is absolute trash. I went just one week ago and a nail has already fallen off, the lady who done my nails told me one price at the beginning and another after she was finished. She was also very rude to me the whole time she was doing my nails. I want to go and demand a refund or she fix my nails I am furious. It was way to expensive to be falling off within a week! read more

Very rude. Put a timer on when you sit down. Because I'm diabetic they would not do callous on feet and would not cut down nail. Felt like crying when I left read more

I would like to update my previous review of Bella Nail Salon from a few days ago. I returned tonight to have my nail polish corrected and the lady who completed my first manicure was there. She not only corrected the nails that were missing polish but also redid all my fingers. Thank you for making this right for me, I will give you another try. read more

This place was terrible. Went for a mani- pedi before my birthday weekend trip. Staff was friendly enough, but my nails were uneven and she didn't paint them right (left a big gap along the bottom at the cuticle, about the width of acrylics growing out for about a week. Somehow I didn't notice before I left or I would've had her fix them. Also, I was overcharged. She charged me way more than the prices stated on their site. Will NOT go back. read more

My mom and i have been coming here for years, literally my entire life. When i moved to Lakewood i tried to go to several different salons so i didn't have to take the drive to parma, every single time i regretted it. Bella's is amazing and I'm shocked by the reviews. I get gel shellac every time and it lasts me WEEKS. Here i am on week 3 with a gel mani French tip and they have yet to chip. The women here are so nice AND they just did a little upgrade/remodel. I love Bella's and have yet to find a better salon in over a decade. read more

NOT Recommended!! I hate this place. My French manicure peeled off within one day. I went back 2 days after my appointment to ask them to fix it and the guy was SO RUDE and annoyed that I was sharing air with him. Avoid this place and do not waste your money!! read more

First time visit but won't be my last. I walked in on a Sunday and there was no wait for a pedicure. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. I prefer gel pedicures and I felt the price was fair for the service I received. The nail tech was quick and efficient, I was in and out in no time. I was nervous to try a new salon based on the negative Yelp reviews but I'm glad I took a chance. read more

I usually go here (even though they don't do that great of a job) but today I walked in and a customer was very calmly explaining Why she was unsatisfied with her service, when a nail technician started to yell at her. Usually I don't but in, but it put me off. I crossed off my name and told the woman it's fuc*ed up to speak to a customer like that and walked out. BUT if you're looking for a great place go to sassy nails on pearl rd in Parma heights they did wonderful and I didn't walk in to what I walked in at Bella. read more

I was serviced on 11/29/2020 for a gel pedi with tips. It was literally the worst experience ever, not to mention I was getting my toes done for my birthday!! The woman who did my pedi got paint all over my toes, and when I asked her if she could please fix it she got an attitude with me. She really did a horrible job on my pedicure and she knew she did but didn't care! She didn't even put lotion or anything on my feet after she got all the paint off of my skin that she put there by being careless and unprofessional!! I was extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism she displayed yesterday. I do not recommend going here!! read more

Happy when I left there . I understand i had just the manicure and not the gel, however, would expect it to last more than one day! One nail, polish chipped very next day. Walked in with no appointment and was immediately taken care of. Service was fast and she did a great job on my nails.

Worst experience ever!!!! I asked for a gel pedicure, repair and polish change. First I got my pedicure and she cut my toe really bad with the drill. Then she did the repair and the polish she put on my nail was totally not the same she used on my toes. Finally she didn't polish the rest of my nails. Total waste of $50!!!!! I definitely will not ever go back!!!!!! read more

I have always gotten the best service and treatment, even when I didn't have an appointment...I was acknowledged by staff and made comfortable in a massage chair while I waited and that means a lot. I found this salon when my previous salon (where I spent a ton of money) completely gave me a hard time when I asked them to fix a nail. Linda is amazing. She does an awesome job and always makes sure I like her work. Everyone is super nice. Like with any salon, appointments help but you are always made to feel welcome. read more

Will never return to this salon. My fiance and I walked in for pedicures. We were taken right back and started. Mine was first and was fine. Because of covid, I had to go up to the front to wait while he had his. A woman walked in during my pedicure and complained her nails came off. I was taken to the front to wait, and I texted my fiance and asked him how it was going. 1.5 hours into sitting there, with his feet in cold water, they still hadn't started. They hadn't said anything to us or him about waiting. The woman instead started fixing the other clients nails and left my poor fiance sitting there. When 2 hours had passed we left, completely unacceptable. If the other woman had an appointment, then all if would have taken a was simple, hey I only have time for one...or letting us know we'll be waiting. In my experience, you don't turn on someone's water and let them soak if you have no intent on doing the pedicure for 2 hours. Lesson learned, will never return and hate that I gave them any business at all! read more

Walked right in and sat down. Quiet but nice. Quick. End product was messy and not pretty!

My regular place was closed and I had a gift certificate, so I thought I'd try... Big mistake. Got a new set, all the nails were different shapes and not even (asked for coffin), asked for a specific design, and they are not the same on the 3 that are supposed to be identical, not to mention that the polish was not distributed evenly andd is bumpy/see thru in certain areas. Never again. Oh, and I spent $40 over the gift certificate and still tipped 20% because I took up her time, though my time and $ was wasted. read more

I came here for a full set, I was charged extra for length even though the nails were not long at all. It ended up being 50$ for a full set of short nails, so not only was I completely overcharged but the whole set fell off within 6 days. When I called to complain, they did absolutely nothing. He didn't offer to fix them or anything and was extremely rude about the whole siMy two friends who came with me were also unhappy with their full sets, which also fell off in the first week. I won't go back here and would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to completely waste your money. I wish I could give 0 stars read more

I waited 40 minutes to be taken care of. Once seating I was greated with great customer service, little did I know the cheap prices reflect the outcome of your nails. I waited 25 minutes to be told to leave because I was taking up a seat. As my day went on, my nails have gotten worse and worse. The polish bubbled up and I know this isn't the polished fault because a customer before me had complained about this problem as well. Won't be going back. read more

WORST PEDICURE EVER; Let me start by stating I am NOT a diva, nor do I get multiple pedicures. I get about 3-4 a year. However, a deluxe pedicure should not take 25 minutes total. Mary, the nail technician did not :1. put on a base coat, 2. put only one coat of color 3, completely did not even put on lotion. My daughter who was sitting next to me was getting a pedicure. When I realized MARY wasn't going to put on lotion and proceed to putting on the polish I asked "Could I please, have some lotion? " I know I should of complained on the spot, but, to be honest, I don't think that the understood me. I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT TO BELLA NAILS. read more

Customer service okay, first time I came here it was great the young gentleman did a fantastic job on my gel manicure but when I came back an older gentleman did my nails & they started to peel within a week & he just was rushing sort of crabby.
