Well my expectations on customer service when it comes to nail salons is already very low, however this place... I sit down and the employees are lounging on the pedicure seats with their shoes off and feet in the air speaking their native tongue and looking at the customers. The lady doing my nails knew about three words in English and used physical direction to express what she wanted me to do. Like grabbing my wrist and sticking into the UV light. I'm not dramatic, I hate being grabbed and I'm very low maintenance. I've done few reviews on yelp and it has to be exemplary service or really terrible and unfortunately this time was the latter. 32$ for a mediocre fill. read more

Cindy the owner contacted me and asked me if she could redo my service again for no charge. I came back in and she did my nails. She's so sweet am definitely coming back with her I love my nails. She really is very into the details which I love. Thank you Cindy. read more

Bella nails is great! Clean - professional - Champaign- Wine and Mamosa's with a great pedicure - what else can you ask for?!! You pay a little bit more -but it's worth it! Defiantly recommend them. read more

I went to Bella for my pre-Mother's Day pampering and receive the best pedicure and delicious mimosas. I used to go to Cindy at her previous spa and I'm so happy to have found her again. read more

I didn't like this place at all very expensive for no reason I didn't find anything special to be more expensive than other. When I look at my nails I see them very different of each other very disappointed read more

Great experience on my first visit. I found them on Yelp after moving to this area and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and customer service. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for some time. Would definitely go back. read more

I'm on the fence with this place. I look at my hands and I want to give it 1 star I look at my toes and I say 4 starts.... ughhh. I'm bleeding on 4 of my fingers at the cuticle from over filing. That massage was maybe 30 seconds and felt rushed not relaxing at all. For a 20 dollar manicure I expected more. But the pedicure was well done. I felt that was worth the 35.00. The polish is kinda sloppy and on my skin but nothing a loofah in the shower can't fix. Overall it was alright. But I don't think I'll be back. read more

Love this salon! The owner Cindy is so sweet. They also serve champagne, wine and water. While all of the girl there are great, I have to say Lana is my absolute favorite. She really takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied every time! She does a fantastic gel manicure, pedicure and even acrylic. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

This salon is so cute and modern, small and intimate. The turquoise walls and beach murals make you feel like you are at a spa! Cindy is a gracious hostess and you can have wine or a mimosa while you are being pampered. read more

Ive seen this place for a little while now and after reading all the great reviews, I finally decided to make it in there. Kelly gave me a pedicure and she was great! The place was clean and everyone was very nice. Only 4 stars because they serve mimosas and wine but I guess only if you get a mani/pedi combo or if you get the super expensive pedi. I even asked if I could just get the basic pedi and pay for a mimosa but she kinda just laughed and nothing. No mimosa. :( That's my no mimosa sad face. But the place was nice. I'm sure I'll be back seeing as how I live 400 feet away. lol I'll just keep asking for a mimosa and see what happens. read more

I will never go back to this place. It cost 30.00 and 40.00 for my friend and I to get our nails done. They were super nice but the gel was put on very lightly and pealed off with in 3 days. A waste of money. Her and I work all the time and its a big inconvenience to get there. Very disappointed. read more

No good service, my gel polish looked bad after a few days. Won't be going back, sorry.

Rarely ever get to do my nails because of working in a pharmacy. But yesterday i got the opportunity to treat myself before my vacation and it was great. Clean nail salon. She picked a matching toe and nail color and i did my eyebrows. That was a vacation in itself. If youre in the area def try this place out. Wont be my last visit. read more

I don't think I can say enough about Cindy! I'm so lucky to have found her and her shop (thanks Yelp). I moved to San Diego from la and had been going to the same place for years. This place exceeded my expectations; she's so accommodating even though my schedules crazy, and my nails/brows come out absolutely perfect every time! I'd give her 6 stars if I could. read more

Had an opportunity to have girls day at this salon and I enjoyed every minute of it... The service was great and my techs (Julie & Lana) were absolutely amazing... The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because Lele did my nails and the outcome was bad... I will be returning, but will request Lana to do my nails... If you're looking for a nail salon, this is it... read more

Finally! Ive been to so many nail salons only to be let down by the service and quality. TINA did an amazing job on my nails. Ive gotten so many botched manicure/french tips and hers is perfect. She also does 3d and designs which I will definitely be back to have done. read more

First time there today. They did a great job on my pedicure and was happy to find them using some natural ingredients (lemons, sugar, etc.). Clean, friendly, and a bit expensive. However you pay for the service you get and they made sure to explain everything, sterilize all equipment, and provide drinks. Great customer service and in a great location...ill be back to get my nails done for sure. read more

My experience here was amazing the girls are super nice, fast and listen to what you want. I finally found a nail place that does an amazing job for a reasonable price! My nails came out amazing and I will definitely be coming back. read more

I've been going to this place for a while. I have always been very happy with the service I receive and the quality of their work. Cindy is excellent and does a beautiful dip manicure. I wouldn't go to anyone else! However I had different experience recently. I made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived at the requested time. 25 minutes later my feet were soaking in cold water and I was still awaiting my pedicure. I began to leave but they told me someone was available and convinced me to stay. The salon was busy, and when my technician finally began it was clear she was in a rush. She hastily trimmed my cuticles, cutting me several times. The "massage" was frantic and painful instead of relaxing. Then the alcohol she used burned my cuts. The "luxurious" scrub, mask and massage took place in less than 5 min. The actual pedicure I received took place in 25 minutes and cost $37. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk this up to a busy day, it just sucks when you take time out of your day to relax and unwind with some pampering and walk away feeling worse than when you went in. Overall based on my entire experience with Bella I would recommend them, just not on a busy day. read more

I just moved from up north and was in search of a new nail salon so I decided to look some up and saw this one had the highest rating nearby I looked at some of the pictures and really liked there nails! Today I walked in for the first time and everything was going really good the lady who did my nails was very friendly UNTIL I accidentally hit one of my nails trying to put them in the uv light so I pulled my hand out to check it and she mad dogged, rudely pulls out the brush from the polish and yanks my hand, I pulled my hand back and gave her a "wtf" look and she kinda just giggled and said "I'm sorry it's cause if it's messes up I have to scrape it all off", OH WELL! I'm paying you to do my nails the way I want them if you have to scrape it off then do it! After that incident it was kinda awkward, she was probably in hurry to get me out of there because my nails look terrible, they look like I need a refill already AND my left hand nails are all uneven and with out shape, nothing like the ones I had seen in the pictures. Once we were finished she was nice and told me the color looked really pretty, I noticed they were uneven but by the look she had given me earlier I didn't want to deal with having to tell her that they were uneven and asking if she could fix them I just wanted to get out of there. If you do decide to go make sure you know the name of the person who did the nails you liked because not everyone does them a nice as the ones in the picture!:( read more

I love this place! I went to Cindy for the first time and she is so sweet. I was stuck in traffic and she even waited for me after they closed to take me which i know could have been an inconvenience to her but she is an amazing owner and that was such a kind gesture of her. I am really picky with my nails and she got the shape i wanted perfectly! This place is also so clean and relaxing. They have so many color options and a really pretty matte top coat that i am excited to try because it is a velvet matte and that's hard to find sometimes. Will definitely be a regular here! Thank you Cindy!! read more

Made my first visit to this salon. I can't speak to the service because I didn't end up getting anything done. I had chatted with Cindy and made an appointment through the Yelp app. When I arrived on time for my appointment today I was told they were very busy and I would have to wait 30-40 minutes or come back later. Umm, that kinda defeats the purpose of the appointment. The gal was very sweet and apologetic but seriously, if you're going to take appointments you should honor them. Super disappointing. read more

This was my first time here and I can say I'm very happy with my experience. My technician took her time and did a great job on my nails, I forgot to ask her name. She would constantly ask and check that my nails were as I wanted while she was doing them. Prices are a little more expensive than average but it is worth it by the quality done. Found my new nail salon (: read more

I've been trying to find a great nail place for the last couple months in my area. I finally found a spot! Not only did my nails and pedicure come out amazing but the customer service was amazing as well. They made you feel welcome right away till the time you left. I will recommend this place to my friends and family for sure. read more

if i could put zero stars i would .... first i wanna say that i they had my soaking my feet for almost an hour before they serviced me. then when i got my nails done the lady didn't cut my cuticles or push them back, didn't file them or anything she just put the acrylic on and painted over it. the design i had asked for was sorta messy and it took a total of 4.5 hrs just to get a manicure and pedicure. read more

Found Cindy and Bella nails on yelp. Wish I could give more then 5 stars. Cindy always makes my nails look amazing. I usually do just nudes or pale pinks. She picked this color for me last night. terrible service. went there and got over charged, lazy ass work. save your money time and patience go else where.

They do a great job here. However, like many nail salons, they never want to turn anyone away. I highly recommend asking for an estimate of how long it will take. The owner, Cindy, is VERY responsive to her customers and will work hard to be sure each and every one leaves happy. This place is a little gem in my neighborhood! read more

Horrible, I went here for fun so I could get my nails done with my friend and I make an appointment at 4. The owner then gets mad at me because she said she changed it to 3. Without my knowing and she gets upset. So, after being extremely confused and uncomfortable about the situation they start on our nails. It was extremely painful. The lady who was doing my nails was the owner and she was on the phone with someone and was barely paying attention to what she was doing. She then continues to buff my nails using an electric filer which is by the way, illegal to use directly on the nail. She basically files by nails until they are as thin as hair and it was so painful. She finishes my nails and so I go to sit with my friend as she is finishing getting her nails done. I sit next to her and see her nails literally BLEEDING!! The person doing her nails proceeds to filing the bleeding area which just seemed so painful. I feel horrible for taking my friend to this horrible and crappy place. I can't believe I had to pay for this! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Nancy did a greatjob on my pedicure. Very friendly and clean. Will defiantly go back. Prices are great.

Me new nail place. I got an awesome pedicure by Julie today and couldn't be happier. I called for an appointment and they told me to come on down. When I got there they were ready for me and didn't make me wait. I got the $50 pedi and Julie gave me an awesome massage. I suffer from ingrown toenails and she did a great job of fixing them for me. I don't normally get a flower but I'm going to Cancun in a few days so I said what the hell. She did a great job. It's very pretty but subtle so I won't get sick of looking at it in a few days. read more

The Service was the worst I ever experienced in a Nail Salon. Where should I start?? My sisters and I made an appointment for 10am. We were on time!! They sat us for our Pedicure and Dip brought us the choices for our nail colors. Colors were chooses. They started on my younger sister and I and had my older sister waiting for 45m before starting to work on her nails. After they completed my pedicure and were halfway through my dip they informed me they didn't have the color I had chosen. The colors I had chosen match and now I was left having to select something different for my dip. The girl working on my nails was rude and told me if I didn't get the dip I was still going to be charged for the dip removal. She continued to be rude during the entire process. My younger sister who got a manicure had to buff her nails herself as the girl who worked on her did a half fast job! It is now 12:15pm and we're still here waiting for my older sister to be done with her dip. Don't bother coming here!!! read more
