Decided I should give them another try with a different nail tech which was Lana and walked out happier with the outcome than last time. Lana was amazing and so gentle and sweet! She really takes her time to give you the best looking nails ever. I do recommend going to Lana or Cindy the owner. read more

i went to bella nails and brows with my step mom to get gel toes and my step mom got gel mani and i got dip +tip mani. they did great on my step mom but when it came to my nails, i had nancy and she was aggressive but lazy at the same time. she cut both of my pinki cuticles with a nail drill. nails ended up great but i was a little disappointed with the treatment but overall experience was okay. read more

Great and Relaxing Place for Pedicures. The staff is helpful and honest. A wide varieties of pedicures and manicures

Uhhh.... the gel polish is missing spots. Shine it under a light and you can see all the areas that were missed because there wasn't enough polish put on them. I think that says enough... read more

Bella Nails & Brows - Nail Salons Near Me - La Mesa, California

Do not recommend. Overly priced for nails that aren't done good. 2 nails fell off within 4 days, had to go get them fixed and then the rest of my nails came off within not even 2 weeks. read more

My friend recommended me this nail salon because they were appointment only and relatively close in my area so I decided to give them a try. I called and Cindy was able to book me in appointment and it felt nice again to get pampered with a mani and pedi. It felt really relaxing and the massage on my legs and calves were nice. All said and done my feet look amazing and soft. They are great at shaping your nails, lots of colors, great customer service! Just all around a great place! read more

I came here the other day to get a full set & a pedicure after seeing such amazing reviews. But first, let me start w/ a not so amazing review . When I left the shop, I noticed that every nail was very lumpy. Normally, I'm not very picky with lumpyness when only one or two nails are that way, but this time it was every nail. The lumps aren't slight either. I do not know the name of the lady doing my nails, but she seemed to be new to the job. Maybe scheduling an appointment with someone who has good nail reviews will guarantee a great job. Also, there seemed to be tension between the lady doing my nails, & the other ladies in the shop. It kind of made things a little awkward & uncomfortable for me. But on the flip side, it is a very well maintained shop! It does not smell heavily of chemicals like many nail shops do. My pedicure by Nancy was perfect & the massage that came with it was great. Very relaxing! read more

This place just opened right by my work. I love getting my nails done so I decided to give them a try. The place is brand new so everything is clean and fresh. The chairs are never spoiled by a previous client (as the tubs are completely covered with plastic and use air jets). Another great feature is that the owner, Cindy, made sure to order only matching gel and regular polish so that when you want gel on your hands but regular polish on your feet they match perfectly. I also had my eyebrows threaded and Tammy did an amazing job. Tammy also was the technician that did my gel manicure and she did a great job! I will be back and plan on telling my friends and family about this new nail/ brow shop:) thank you ladies read more

Excellent service. Great staff. Great environment. State of the art equipment. Very clean. Instruments are sanitized in a sterilizer. I couldn't be more satisfied with this salon. Check it out. read more

Went here with my wife and it was great. According to my wife the color options are awesome. The staff was friendly, their work was great, every thing there was ran so well and fast. If you have a special event coming up or you just want to treat your self this is the place to go. read more

Cindy is amazing. My nails are exactly what I wanted I didn't have to ask her to fix anything. The spa pedi is so relaxing, excellent massaging and took her time cutting my cuticles. The tub lined with a new plastic cover for each client so you know it's sanitary. I will definitely be sending my friends here! read more

If I could...I would give negative 5 stars... I came here excited and hoping to love this place with my sister, especially aince this was her first time getting her nails done. The ladies here are rude...they were laughing and joking with each other speaking a foreign language as I was looking over the colors and my sister and I we're trying to pick out a color. This was her first time at a nail salon and I wanted it to be a good experience for her. After they'd finished laughing at us she started my manicure and cut my finger it bled and bled and she kept pouring alcohol on it and it was burning for the rest of the time I was there. How can you relax while receiving a massage when your finger is burning and she keeps pouring alcohol on it?! Also, I decided I wanted a light pink color and the ladies there insisted that I get a nude color instead as the pink color "wouldn't look good on my tan skin" the ladies stated. This sounded racist to me ad I am very tan right now. I left feeling anxious and with a headache. It was $77.00 for a basic mani/pedi manicure with gel polish...I will never return to this place. read more

Tina is amazing! Staff is so nice and my nails look awesome! Came in at 6:30 on a Saturday and they took 3 of us in!

Just tried out this salon for the first time as it is conveniently located near my house. I really couldn't be more impressed. Cindi was so generous, sweet, personable and professional. We chatted the entire time and I can see why her clients love her. The salon is immaculate, brand new everything and relaxing. So happy with my experience! read more

Well, this place was my last resort . This began after I had a terrible experience over at Eva's nails a week of getting them done, and my gel polish started bubbling . I was so upset, it looked horrific. I really needed to get them fixed ASAP . (Btw I gave Eva's 2 try's and both times my nails came out with problems!) I decided to give this place a try . Bella's is super tiny . I mean it's a small shop . I was bumping into the nail tech behind me while getting my nails done and her working on someone else . Tina was my nail tech and she was cute . She kept assuring me that she "got this" and my nails will look a million times better than the ones I've had . I asked her about nude polishes and then I saw a review of this color changing polish. I must have it I said and she hooked it up . Down fall was she didn't tell me it was an extra 10.00 just for the polish ... Um ... Really ? I ended up paying 35.00 for an acrylic fill? Hmm .. I respectfully paid because I did ask for it . Don't get me wrong though her work is fantastic . She cleaned my cuticles and the inside of my nail was filed down . But don't forget to ask them for prices, because when she was breaking down the prices she got super figity and I do not like that . It seems like she's doing something wrong . I will be coming back. I may just end up buying my own polish :) read more

Cindy is great in the simplest of words. After having a bit of a miscommunication on my last visit she reached out to me and fixed any and all issues that I had. Bella Nails & Brows - Sorry for the typical steering wheel nail pick but I was driving lol how nice are they though! - Nail Salons Near Me - La Mesa, California

My first time here. Absolutely the royal treatment pedicure!!! Both Cindys are so sweet. The #2 pedicure was AMAZING with rose petals and lemons in the foot soaking water with disposable tub liners. And the citrus sugar scrub massage was long and luxurious. Truly the best pedicure I have ever had. And the place is so beautiful and clean. The Mimosa was perfectly chilled. Forget all of the other salons, forget your worries....you will have found heaven when you come to Bella's. Wow. Wow. Wow!!!!! read more

My first time here, I'm trying to find a nail salon with good quality work, clean, and great customer service and I think I found it! I was greeted very friendly and the place was spotless:) love the decor, loved the jazz/smooth music playing too. I had to wait about 15 min. For my pedi to start but she kept the water warm and I got a complimentary glass of wine while I waited. Overall I'm very pleased and will do another review when I get my gel mani. read more

This place is great! The customer service is awesome! Cindy and Nancy are my favorite, but nevertheless, everyone in this salon is great at what they do. I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE read more

First and last time I come here. I came here to check this place out because I saw pretty good reviews . But honestly I don't see what the hype is all about. The only reason I did not go to my usual spot was because I needed my nails done today and my place was booked. Boudoir Nail Bar. Which I highly recommend . I believe Chirsty is the owner. Seemed nice at first. Asked for what drink I would like. Didn't offer which ones they had or that free mimosa they said they do. I asked for water but she "forgot" to give it to me. That's a negative right there. Then my nail tech ladies were just talking crap over and over. I understand everything by the way. Talking crap about the other customer next to me too. Very unprofessional . It was ridiculous . Made me feel so uncomfortable and very mad. Especially after they got tipped pretty good by her. Then I asked about the $5 off combo on Yelp. And you could totally tell it was a hassle because I did that. Well? Why do you offer it on Yelp then? I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience being there. My nail techs didn't even try once to make a conversation . So I don't tip good if I don't feel like I need too. So I didn't and obviously I got a by them . Don't waste your time with this place . Try somewhere where they actually make you feel like your at a spa. And feel welcomed. read more

Decided to try a new place closer to my home. This place is very clean, they are very friendly, was here for a pedicure, it was pricier than most places ($26 for the basic) so I was expecting something different than other places (around $20). The only difference was they put fresh lemon slices in the water. I chose to get the exfoliating scrub on my legs (another $6) which was nice. All in all it wasn't a bad pedicure but for $32 it wasn't worth that price (can get wax treatment at other salons for same price). Wasn't even offered champagne (like in reviews), only water. Leg/foot massage was just ok (light rubbing). Going back to my old place read more

I got my nails done with color changing gel, about last week & they haven't chipped or grown out too much. I went back today to get a Brazilian wax my first time ever, Cindy did it, & made me feel comfortable, she's a sweetheart & funny as welllll. Although it was painful, it left me so smooth & not itchy, or burning, I could go on about my day. Will definitely be coming back over & over. My new favorite place. It's so nice & clean & everyone is so friendly. Definitely worth trying. read more

Just did not reach my expectation. In my opinion, the guy who gave me a pedicure was not trained well.

This place is wonderful! The women are very gentle and thorough with my pedicure. The citrus sugar scrub and peppermint mask were fantastic. It's very clean, professional and relaxing. Cindy is caring and looks to make every customer comfortable and happy. I'll be back! read more

After reading reviews I decided to give this place a try for a simple gel manicure. It was pretty busy for a Sunday morning and I had to wait a few minutes which I had no problem with. The lady who did my manicure was friendly however, she used her own nails to clear the polish from the sides and the cuticle of my nail. She used a lot of pressure and it got painful at first. That was bearable, what I did not like was: -More clients came in as walk-ins. My technician proceeded to give me the "massage" part of the manicure while she stood up and you could tell she was in a rush as if these other clients were going to disappear. --It made me feel like my business did not matter and she even told me that if I came back she'd give me a proper massage... why couldn't she just take her time. It was quite rude. -Her lack of detail was what really upset me. She got the gel top coat and polish all over my cuticles and skin. It was probably the biggest waste of $26. The manager seemed very personable and friendly, she checked in with other clients that looked like "regulars" but never once came to see how I was liking my manicure. Maybe they had an off day but, it's unfortunate because I most likely will not be returning. read more

I have been coming here for awhile now and have never had a problem until today. I tried to make an appointment for noon to get my nails and toes done at the same time. I was told that they couldn't accommodate me until 2. I said that was fine as long as I could get them done at the same time. Cindy assured me that I could. I got to the salon at 2 and after 2 others walked in without an appointment, and were told they could fit them in. Meanwhile, my "same time" appointment slot was taken by the walk ins. They offered to give me an appointment for my nails for the following day. I declined. I would have had no problem with scheduling an appointment for another day had they just been up front with me and told be others might walk in and take my appointment. Time to find a professional nail salon that values their customers and won't give their appointments away. read more

First time visiting and I must say I was very impressed with this nail salon. Very clean and the sanitization was excellent!! Cindy the owner, greeted me at the door and was very welcoming and professional. She explained and demonstrated the disposable liner for the pedicure bowl. During my pedicure she offered beverages to me on the house. Just awesome!! My technician was the absolute sweetest and did an awesome job!!! I told her how impressed I was with her salon and I will definitely come back. Definite jewel in east county!!! read more

Could not be more disappointed. My technician was cold, unfriendly, and stared me down when I ACCIDENTALLY bumped my nail that she freshly painted on the dryer. She was on her cell phone the entire time and when she wasn't, she was speaking to a regular client that was sitting next to me. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name, but she seems to be the youngest one there, perhaps even the manager. You may find her sitting outside the door on her phone. I haven't been to a nail salon since I had my baby and wish I had gone somewhere else. Besides the cold attitude, she literally put the LEAST amount of effort into my pedicure. My cuticles look haggard and the polish is sitting on top of them and it does NOT look good. The 2 big toes have big bubbles in the polish. As for shaping the nail, forget it. She just quickly filed them and that's it. Quite honestly the least amount of effort I've ever experienced. Her attitude made me too uncomfortable to say anything, which I now regret and wish I had spoken up. The price was $31 for a regular pedicure using gel polish. She then charged me $32 without first telling me there was $1 charge for using a card, she only told me because I asked why there was an extra dollar charged. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this janky ass pedicure flakes in a few days. Only one to blame is myself for not saying anything or even just walking out. read more

My roommate brought me here for the first time and I fell in love! The owner is super sweet and kind and the rest of the girls are friendly as well, it is a bit pricey but totally worth it! The girls took their time and made my nails look great, the one one did my pedicure noticed and took care of my Ingrown's without me mentioning anything (usually I have to say something and ask, and half the time they end up hurting me or making me bleed) so that was a huge plus to me! They also offer you water, orange juice or mimosas ! Love that. The place is very clean and sanitary as well(: read more
