Because there was a flower he couldn't provide in a customized arrangement. Which mind you. I only requested two. You would THINK they would get back to you saying "hey- we can't do x because of y do you still want to purchase?" But No. negative. You just get a grown adult who doesn't know how to properly provide a service and take criticism. His site says to message/email as a resolution instead of leaving a negative review. WELL GUESS WHAT. You're not going to get any help. You're not going to get any service. You're just going to get a trash bouquet at high price and then in retaliation to support his "claims"- it's because YOU as a guest, a customer, a client YOU don't have taste. YOU don't know what goes into making bouquets. Negative. Do as he suggested to me and send all your money to FTD flowers because their bouquets are beautiful and they'll take care of you. You won't get that here.

She said they did not know it was a place of business. I asked what time they tried to deliver and she said it was after 5:00pm. I also asked why no one called yesterday, she didn't answer and asked if I was going to be there today. My husband called them this morning too, unaware they had just called me. He let me know they were going to be adding "extra" flowers and chocolates. Well the flowers and "chocolates" arrived. The card clearly stated a business name with the address. Also, not sure what extra flowers were added however I did find the wilted roses, that did not match the rest of the arrangement, in the back. Extremely disappointed all the way around.

I even purchased my bridal bouquet so I could display it forever, and it still looks just as stunning. Everyone kept commenting on how realistic and well put together the flowers looked, even more so than some real flower arrangements we've seen. It was such a relief not to have to worry about keeping anything in water or paying the high price of fresh florals. The flowers arrived at our venue a few days early, and the return process afterward was incredibly easy. I would recommend Something Borrowed Blooms to any bride who wants a beautiful, stress-free floral option!

Luxury Look Without the Price Tag -- Best Decision Ever!…read more Our wedding planner, Amy from First Comes Love SD, recommended Something Borrowed Blooms, and I'm so glad she did. We had a 120-guest wedding with a strict $60K budget, and choosing high-quality faux florals was one of the best decisions we made. I used the Wren Collection, and wow--they photographed beautifully and looked absolutely gorgeous in person. The arrangements looked elevated, lush, and real. I rented 17 large centerpieces, 4 extra-large ones, corsages, boutonnieres, garlands, and even a toss bouquet--all stunning and under 3K! They even scented the florals, which added such a special touch! The setup was simple, the florals were easy to fluff, and returning them was effortless. A shipment issue came up close to the wedding, and Sydney S. from customer service was incredible--professional, quick to respond, and handled everything flawlessly. I purchased my bridal bouquet to keep and had a watercolor print made from it to frame, so I didn't even need to preserve it. For anyone comfortable with faux florals, Something Borrowed Blooms gives you the beauty and luxury of fresh flowers without the stress or the high cost. Truly one of the smartest and most beautiful choices we made for our wedding!
