I don't know why I've never left a review before, but today I "thought" there was an issue with our Christmas delivery (there was absolutely NOT an issue). After emailing the office, the owner himself called me directly not even 10 minutes later (while out also delivering arrangements). He walked me through everything. We had an absolutely lovely chat, and then even emailed me back when he returned to the office. Let me tell you....this level of customer service is nearly unheard of. Rest assured that Spedale's is a small business worth your trust and business. Couldn't recommend more.
