WELL STEP RIGHT UP FOLKS YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE I placed an order for Mother's Day through their partnered online ordering service, Teleflora. I ordered a stunning bouquet, paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe arrangement, as well as a balloon. The bouquet my poor mother received was so wildly off target, I figured they HAD to have sent her someone else's order by mistake. WRONG. In their policy, it states that if the flowers or any part of the order aren't available, then it will ask teleflora to approve a bouquet of equal value with a "florist choice bouquet." Great, totally fine, I understand that of course flowers are in high demand for this holiday, & I probably wouldn't get exactly what I ordered. What they sent in place of the bouquet was the saddest, funeral style, bullshit bouquet I've ever seen in my life. I could have gotten a better arrangement at Walmart, & that's being nice about it. Furious, I messaged the company about it, & they kept trying to tell me teleflora was responsible. WRONG. Teleflora didn't put together the arrangement, THEY DID. This insane person has been messaging me back & forth for days refusing to do anything. How pathetic is that? Am I speaking to a 14 year old?? The solution is to just send my mother a proper bouquet, but god forbid they take an ounce of responsibility. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business in my entire life. They said it was resolved because they issued me a partial refund. What am I supposed to do with that?? Show up to my mother's house & throw the partial refund at her while screaming happy Mother's Day?? I don't want money, I want what I ordered. Do yourself a huge favor guys.. Stay the hell away if you planned on having a good day.

They did a fantastic job in a rush for us and delivered to the church in Lafayette earlier than the said. We also had 2 other arrangements for the tables for the pictures. We were very pleased with all. We have used them for years, and have always been satisfied.
