i have lost packages because these delivery drivers do not pay attention to instructions given on…read morethe website. i live in an apartment complex and have had several items misplaced or stolen, they do not bother to come directly to your apartment, they would rather give your packages to strangers that they come in contact with outside of the building instead of hand delivering your item to you. they are lazy, if they would bother to read the directions, it would take them directly to where i am, instead of them walking these long halls to get to me, i even said to give me a call or text or email me when you are near, and i could have my aide meet them to pick up the package from them, but no they rather give my package to a complete stranger who says they know me instead of following the instructions, like i put on their website. how you gonna give my package to a complete stranger, are you kidding me. i do not, i repeat do not know anyone here, and how you gonna take what a stranger says to you instead of walking or following instructions like i put on the website, to get my package to me, something i paid for to a complete stranger. totally incompetent, and killing part is that the supervisor said that he had been with ups a long time. totally totally incompetence on their part, ups drivers are giving the company a bad rep, corporate nedds to take note if what is going on with their drivers. i used to think ups, and fedex were awesome when it was to delivering packages, boy was i wrong!!!!!!!.corporate better recognize what is going on with their drivers, and another thing why dont yall give your drivers company cell phones so that they can get in touch with us if they are having trouble delivering our packages, instead of letting our stuff get stolen or taking and giving our packages to total strangers who say they know us, knowing all full well that is not protocol, and think that we not gonna complain. are you kidding me, if we put money out, espiecially if we on a budget, we want to get these items delivered to us, like you are getting paid, and im sure getting paid a goid salaryvto do. why not pay attention to instructions, please....corporate please take notice of what is going on with your drivers, the ones that is giving your company a bad rep signed katt from opelousas...if i could give this company a zero rating i would do just that, im being generous in giving your company a 1 star.cause your drivers do not deserve it. trust me when i say that!!!!!!!!!
