Went here to pick up family reunion T-shirts which we ordered over the phone and sent proposed…read moredesign via email. They were fairly easy to deal with I must say. Upon entering the shop it was apparent they do more than just T-shirts. Anything that you want printed/personalized they can do it, and I do mean anything. Initially they let us know there was an issue with the print on the shirt and the print screen wouldn't take to the shirt. However when we arrived and saw the shirt in person they looked really good. We paid and they asked us to pull around back and they would load the three large boxes in for us. So we pulled around and a guy with a hand truck rolls the boxes up and puts them in the back and we drove off and never looked at the shirts in the boxes since she had showed us what we thought was the final shirt (BIG MISTAKE) not checking. When we got back to Family Reunion Headquarters we opened up the boxes to do inventory count to ensure the quantity was correct we noticed the shirts in the box were a much lighter green than the one she showed us in the store prior to paying. This shirt has to be 2-3 shades lighter. I'm not sure if they had to switch to the lighter green so that it would hold the print better which may have been the cause of the problems they informed us of a few weeks ago but we certainly didn't get what we were shown nor paid for. It would have been better if they had shown us the shirts in the box vs the bright pretty green one then open a box with a pale dull green. Also we would have completely understood them saying we know you ordered this green however it didn't hold the print so we had to switch to this green because it held the colors best. But to completely switch shirts with no explanation and to deceitfully not inform us was just wrong, and with only two days to go before the reunion there's really not much we can do at this point but pass out the shirts and enjoy time with the family. Just have to add that this was NOT totally their fault as it turns out someone from the family called and changed the color of the shirt without informing us nor did the business alert us of this when picking up the shirts. The fact remains the business showed us a different shirt than what we received. I can't fault them completely but the lack of communication definitely caused a problem here on all parts.
