FEDEX Ship Center at Commission Blvd. made the corrections, printed up a new air bill and sent the packages forward for us. "Big Brown trucks" ???? keep 'em. Give us FEDEX Blue and White every time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that it took me 4 calls to FEDEX Central Office, to get THIS information on the ill-fated shipments. Still, FEDEX does us an excellent job.

Typically we have great experiences with our professional delivery drivers. However, today wasn't…read moreone of those days. We know how important it is for a professional driver to keep moving. We also strive to load and unload our delivery drivers as quickly and safely as possible. It's a professional courtesy. Our APEX FREIGHT SERVICES driver (carrier # 241980) was the antithesis of everything you don't want as a representative for any company. Unfortunately, our company operates with minimal staff most weekends. Accordingly, it may also take additional time to locate any tools that our APEX FREIGHT SERVICES driver neglected to bring to aid him unloading. After lending out our equipment the APEX FREIGHT SERVICES driver stated that he wasn't going to return our pallet jack until his invoices were signed? He said that he has 22 years in the industry and he knew how this worked? Seriously? I can only surmise that he realised treating the customer poorly after receiving help wasn't going to earn much co-operation. I hope APEX FREIGHT SERVICES can afford to keep carrier 241980 on the job. I'm thinking we don't need this level of service in the future. Good Luck, Mike
