What a joke of a shipping store! Walked in to purchase a ton of packing supplies; boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, boxes and tape. They had NOTHING but empty shelves and the clerk looked at me like I was crazy when I asked do you not sell supplies? He said he asked we do, it's right behind you. It was literally (2) scotch tape packages on an empty shelf! Businesses like these wonder why they go bankrupt and never understand the needs of their audience. Just amazes me. read more

I've had pleasant experiences with the employees at this store, but my interactions with the owner have always been uncomfortable. He is sometimes abrasive with customers, but even more so with his employees. My least favorite thing, and this may be personal preference, are the arbitrary rules the owner applies -- for example, he charges $2 for printing a label on standard 8x11 paper, while any other print is ¢60. I agree that business owners have latitude to charge whichever prices they wish, but enforcing price tiers based on content somehow feels capricious. read more

Rude and charged me $10 for a stupid box!!! Not for shipping (that was free) just the box!!!! And the wouldn't tell me the price of the box until they completed my Amazon return! Made a big deal of me wanting to cancel my Amazon return (due to price of box) and said they couldn't it would have to go through Amazon customer service. NEVER use them for Amazon returns! Do NOT go to this location! Just walked in to ship 2 packages and was told "we close in 10 minutes - would you please go to another store?" This is my second bad experience here - the employees seem upset they are asked to work. I will not be back! UPS will not get my business. read more

The employees here are always very upbeat and helpful. They currently require masks for entry, encourage social distancing and they provide hand sanitizer. I will always try to do business here if I'm able. I'm glad that I work nearby! read more

Needing to ship a box home and this location was across from our hotel. The staff were rude and complained about the weight of the package. Their computers weren't working and the lady was running around frantic and screaming about it. When the box arrived home, items were missing and the box was destroyed. I paid over 80.00 to have items stolen and a destroyed box. I wouldn't go to this place if you value your belongings. I hope they enjoy the items I bought. read more
