She coordinated everything and relieved me from having to do these things while we were still in shock and looking for a place to live. They have continued to store our personal belongings and everything is tagged & numbered & they will bring you anything you need. They took my large area rugs & were able to clean them & save them. They took our televisions & plugged them in to see if they would turn on. They are not just for cleaning your carpet or removing water, although they do these things and do them well also. They called the manufacturer and inquired about ordering parts for the discontinued item. What blew my mind is that they called 3 days later to tell me they sent 3 emails to the manufacturer to continue to try and get parts for my chiller. The level of service this company provides is "off the charts". You cannot find this quality of service anymore in America with the exception of this company.
