Last week we hired Hub City Movers to move very valuable antiques and sentimental items that our…read moreparents left us after they passed away. They wrapped every item whether it was large or small and delicately loaded each item on the box truck and secured them. They individually wrapped every chair and even their dolly is covered. When all the items arrived at our homes the sticky notes that my sister had placed on the items were still in the exact same places. The Armoire pictured was built in the 1770's and the guys knew exactly how it was assembled and was able to remove the crown and had no issues handling it. I highly recommend Hub City Movers and hope they are still around if I ever have to move! P.S. they like Boudin!

I ordered some chairs and they had been in the box for a coupe months as once I looked at the oriental rug I was just torn to put the chairs on them. I was introduced to Impact Cleaning and talk about I am glad that I was. My son came home this weekend and was like Whoa, he saw the new chairs and said and you bought a new rug too. That's the eye opener that Impact Cleaning did. I recommend them to the Northside and the Lafayette Community in general. Call Impact Cleaning and let your living room be an eye opening experience. From the onset of doing business with Dustin, I found him to be disorganized, and bullyish. He and…read morehis crew came unprepared and the two-day job turned into a 6-day job. One of the days his crew did not show because they all had to go to immigration for hearings. His equipment was rented and no one knew how to assemble it at first. Dustin had to leave on a regular basis to buy more supplies instead of coming prepared. They spent more time in my garage and driveway than in my attic. Dustin brought pizza and other snack for his crew. They used my leaf blower instead of having their own. They left garbage and dead rats on my driveway. I had introduced Dustin to my neighbors in hopes they could get service before it was as bad as my home. ( neighbors on one side of me had rat problems and they drifted to my home) He bullied them into signing up and then they cancelled once he was gone. NOT COOL. I eventually contacted the owner and he stopped by to chat and offered me a nice rebate due to the troubles. Sadly the trouble never ended. Dustin became cold and rude and took forever to finally finish the job. I was assured they would return to check the space in a week and then in two weeks to make sure the pests were forever gone. This never happened. I would not recommend this company for pest control. I paid a small fortune to have all my insulation and duct work replaced. This is not what I signed up for. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I also felt the unprofessionalism of this young man was horrible and downright sketchy. Also, I asked not to be bothered again, and to never send me a survey about their work. Alas, I continue to receive emails asking for this review, because at Eagle they don't listen, only prey on women in my opinion.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I also enclosed a picture of the fruit basket that they packed up with fruit still in it so when I open the box, it had rotten, rotten fruit, and vegetables still in it with nothing but fruit flies and absolute revolting, smell what dumb company packs up a fruit basket with fruit still in it And does not even apologize for not one single thing that has happened and the fact that we're out thousands of dollars without even a single apology!
