From the initial call to Daniel with customer service to final calls with Laura from the local freight hub, the whole experience was top notch. The price to move from Los Angeles area to south Louisiana was $2800, much cheaper than Uhaul or any moving company. The trailer was dropped off on time, and assistance to have it picked up on a Sunday was offered. They really went out of their way to help us get it delivered on time before a long Memorial Day holiday weekend. The estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 business days. The actual time was 5 days, picked up on Monday and delivered on Friday! Awesome job! At time of pick up, they instantly adjusted the price to be less than initially estimated because we used less footage in the trailer. We were able to see the location of the trailer throughout the move at all times. Everything arrived in perfect shape! Very professional and customer oriented company!!! We had scheduled an 8 AM move, but issues with their truck caused them to run several hours late. But they kept in touch with us the whole time and communicated updates very well. And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that.
