I reached out to this company thinking they were CAJUN MAMA'S CLEAN, which they lied and stated they were the sams company, well they are indeed not the same. One has five stars across the board, which this one clearly does not. They came to my house, after lying, and did a terrible job. Glad I found out the truth. And they don't hold their "deals" valid either. read more

I have had 3 different professional cleaning services in my home the past year, and Cajun Maids suits my needs the best. I can schedule my monthly cleaning online, specify areas in my home that need extra attention, and arrange payment. They work hard for my business and I am a satisfied customer. read more

Cajun maids came about 5 times to our house. It was usually a different person every time. I would say the cleaning was good but not great. Depending on the person some things were missed like wiping down the faucets or moving things on the counter when cleaning. We ended up canceling the service because our stove top was scratched when cleaning. The stove was only a couple months old and there were scratches all over the black metal exposing the silver under. We reached out to the company minutes after the maids left and noticing it. They reached out to us once and then never called back or returned our calls. We only wished they pay for touch up paint and not a replacement part but we have never heard back. Update: After posting this review Cajun maids has worked with me to resolve this issue. read more

Love, Love, Love them. If only I could have them come daily. Each time they come I change things up a bit and they are right on top of it. I have and do recommend them to friends and family. read more

Working Mom here with teenage boy, college kids, married kids and granddaughter on the way. Live on a working farm so lots of outside chores to do, not much time for inside cleaning. I really like this service. They are prompt, friendly and efficient. I've used both private house keepers and services in the past. I recently started on a bi weekly service plan and so far I am very pleased. Would recommend this service read more

This is the very best maid service I have ever used. I ordered a deep cleaning due to lots of neglect for over a year. My house had pet hair everywhere (three cats and a dog), heavy dust with dust particles flying through the air like a blizzard, carpet in livingroom and bedroom pet hair buildup, furniture pet hair buildup, etc. The windows and blinds had been sorely neglected as well. A crew of two showed up and shortly after they arrived, I left for errands and appointments. What I came back to is hard to describe fully. It was magical! No dust blizzard was the first thing I noticed. All surfaces of wood furniture were dust and hair free. The sofas and chairs had been vacuumed. The fixtures on the fans and in the bathrooms had been taken down and washed. The carpet was pet hair free. The kitchen was sparkling clean. Both bathrooms were sparkling clean. All of the mirrors, blinds and windows were spot free. Pictures on the walls and all the floorboards and door frames wiped down and dusted. Squished bugs had been cleaned off the ceilings and cobwebs eliminated. Even the breezeway had been swept. May appliances in the kitchen and utility room looked brand new. And the bed was remade and turned down just like in a hotel. So many other great things, too. You get the picture! I've signed up for a weekly service for a while. I highly recommend this company!!! And the price is so reasonable for all the work these women do let me tell you! You will be amazed and delighted! read more

If I'm home, they do a great job. When I'm not home, it's not as good. Missed the kids bathroom and the microwave. Missed large portions of the rugs with vacuum. I like that the same lady comes each week, and she is good around the dog and kids. read more

The 200% guarantee didn't happen. This is an absolutely horrible cleaning service. Unprofessional and unprepared. Not thorough.

I ordered a move out cleaning from Cajunmaids.com online, as I am an out of state landlord. While I have traditionally used a property management service, their fees were climbing and I just couldn't afford it. At any rate I headed to the internet, found Cajunmaids.com, contacted them via their online chat and was extremely comfortable. I placed my order and they exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time and the house is now move in ready! Highly recommend! read more

I was not previously familiar with this company as I live out of state and bought this cleaning as a gift. The team that showed up did an excellent job, they covered all of the areas that I signed up for evening alerting us to issues that they came across. I would highly recommend them for your future cleanings! read more

The online ordering was fast and easy, and I even talked to someone who was kind enough to give me a code to use for my first cleaning and get a discount. I got exactly what I needed, and the confirmation notices prior to arrival as well as a call upon arrival were greatly appreciated. This company is doing it the right way with the right customer service from start to finish with reasonable pricing using the latest in technology. I had an awesome experience and all I had to do was click and pay. I was lucky to find your website as you are not listed on yelp.com if you put in "near New Orleans, La" in the search bar which is where my house was located. You should consider correcting that so that you don't lose business in New Orleans (which greatly needs you and your business). Thanks for everything! read more

The process of setting up the appointment was easy and clear to understand. The cleaning lady showed up on time and performed thorough work. She was polite. I will definitely hire Cajun Maids again! read more

I do not recommend using them at all. We hired them to come in and clean a house we were moving into and we were not satisfied at all. The bathroom were not clean, the blinds were barely dusted, the stove was not cleaned, etc. I had to go back and re clean the entire house. The shower was disgusting as well as the stovetop. We were charged $229 for this. I called the company and explained to them what had happened and they only offered us a $30 refund for some services we had added. I told her still was not ok with paying $200 for the services and we were eventually offered a $100 refund and a discount for the next cleaning. Not only is the service horrible by the office is hard to get in touch with. On google it gives you the owners cell phone number. When you finally get the correct number to the main office nobody ever answers and you have to leave a voicemail. Please do yourself a favor and book a different cleaning company. read more

Started using this service a short time ago. They are exceptional, the two young ladies showed up and went straight to work dusting and wiping down areas that had been neglected by the last couple of cleaning service, Prices are very reasonable and the young ladies were very pleasant! Would highly suggest this service, the best we have found in the area! read more

We are fairly new to the area and wanted to try a cleaning service for the very first time. A local business referred us to Cajun Maids and I am thrilled that we tried them out! The two-person crew was very friendly, showed up early, and we were very happy with the results! I have already signed up for routine services and am looking forward to their next visit-- read more

I did not have a good experience with this cleaning service. I ordered the deep clean/move out special prior to moving in to my new home, and it was a FAR CRY from a deep clean. The 4 cleaners spent 3+ hours in my home, and did a job that I could have done in 30 minutes. The job was extremely minimal. They did not clean inside my stove, microwave, nor did they dust light fixtures, and the list goes on! Thankfully, we were able to get some of our money back, and I do appreciate Cajun Maids for that. They just need to hire better workers. read more

My husband and I needed a dependable cleaning service and so I called Cajun Maids. When I called to get some information, there were dogs barking in the background and music playing so loud that I could not understand the person who answered the phone. It was not a professional way to represent a company that we were looking to hire. I asked her to please call me back when she could quiet the background noise. The receptionist explained their services, however, for every question I asked, she had to check with her boss. The phone call ended with a discussion concerning the payment of services. I was told that I had to pay the day before the service took place by credit card. I informed her that I wanted to pay cash after the work was complete. She again had to check with her boss to find out if cash was acceptable? Something doesn't seem right about this company. I would not recommend this company. read more
