Will never use their services again ...asked them to do automatic pay or call every 2 wks to get payment instead this lady with this attitude calls and says months later "we are going to put a LIEN on your house....not accommodating at all!!! This is an addendum to the review that Ty just put as much as he explained himself ....I did tell them to call me every two weeks to make payment being that automatic payment would not be offered and when he called me today and asked me why I didn't pay at time of service ( very non chalant manner).Ty did not know that his business did not offer an invoice and I was mailed one at a later date In time... so as I said before they are not accommodating to their customers and yes I did curse and hang up on you because you were not trying to hear what your customer was complaining about on the prior phone call I received from the lady that said with an attitude that she was going to put a LIEN on my house make sure you play that recording too!! I have no emails from yall again he does not know how the invoice was sent...I am signing out to be the bigger person... Ty you can go on and try to defend what really happen that you was not even present for! By the way be more accommodating when customer ask you to call them every two weeks because it didn't bother you until I put this review up!!!! He Lied because I paid his $120.00 today...go check your invoice i paid right after I got off the phone with that rude lady...so your non chalant phone call was not needed!!! read more

I don't always need a garage door service, but when I do I'll be calling Acadiana Garage Doors. This is my second home where Acadiana has installed the garage doors and until last week, I've never had an issue. Chain broke on my garage door & got immediate response from secretary to call Lift Master to get belt ordered because it had a lifetime warranty. I called & got belt in about a week. Called office back. & within an hour technician was at my door. The NICEST man ever! He lubed all the joints, spring & hinges & had it operational in about 30 minutes! I've used this service twice in the last few months, both times they came out when they said and were coming and were very professional. The first time was for a bent garage door pannel that needed to be replaced. They replaced it while I was at work and just left the bill in the door. The second time, the garage door would not close every time, and they came out and made a minor adjustment which fixed the problem. It took him about 10 minutes and when he was done he said there was no charge, because it was such a small thing. I would recommend this service to others. read more
