He was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone and 2 hours later my garage door was back working. Clinton did a great job inspecting and evaluating my system and was able to replace the rollers that were about to go, tighten my chain, and lubricate the hinges and other moving parts. He fixed their door and it worked great for a few weeks. Then things changed, what he had put in (new motor) has now broke. He told them he will make it good. Well 2 or 3 weeks gone by and he has not come back to fix it. They are up in years and it's very difficult for them to have to keep opening the door manually. He does not answer the phone and they might of heard back from him just once. He was paid $400. We are so disappointed and will NEVER recommend him again. We will send a complaint also to the BBB. Wrote a check for replacement of garage door April 17, 2013 and they have failed to come install new garage door to present date, four months later. Never responds to calls or texts, and when I get a reply there are numerous excuses for not showing or not installing or not making an appointment. April 17, 2013 David Jones & Craig A. Landry arrived at my residence and measured my garage door and gave me an estimate on replacing the garage door tracks, operator and the garage door itself. They did fix my current garage door spool as it had unwinded. They suggested that I replace the operator, but I wanted everything replaced for safety's sake. They quoted me $1,309.00 to replace everything, parts and labor. I wrote check #4345 in the amount of $1,309.00 and wrote it to cash as per David & Craig's request. I paid upfront as per request by them to secure the installation and equipment. They cashed my check the same afternoon and I have not seen them since. The first couple months I called and someone answered and made up excuses and made empty promises. Now when I call I get no answer so I also text to keep a history of events and I get replies back via text with excuses and more empty promises! The address on the receipt and listed here is a house and not a business. This business is not registered with the Secretary of State, nor with any other state. Crowley and Lafayette have nothing on file at the clerk of courts office either. They have not paid taxes for this business and these people are scam artists! I am out of pocket and continue to hunt these guys down for a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and someone else has filed a complaint back in January of this year as well.
