I'm a manager at a property in Lafayette and we often bring cookies and gift baskets to other businesses that bring us food or post our flyers. I ordered 12 assorted premium cookies to be ready curbside by 10am 9/17/24... They told me they were finishing up and it would take 10 more minutes, so I sat outside for TWO HOURS waiting AFTER I CHECKED IN AT 9:45AM. I did not leave Edible Arrangements or get my order until 12:30pm. A 2 1/2-hour wait is ridiculous for 12 cookies. Do not recommend and will not be bringing our property business to this useless establishment. read more

I had surgery so on February 5th I decided to order from Edible Arrangements for the first time. I was unable to get out and get anything for my husband and children so I thought this would be a great surprise. I waited all day for the delivery, and it never showed up. I tried calling the local store around 7:30p and there was no answer. I saw on the website on holidays it could be delivered up to 9:00p. I sent 2 emails that I wanted my money back and no response. At 10:45p I got a text from the delivery person that she left it on the front porch because she didn't know if we were sleeping. My kids were already in bed and my husband opened the door and it was sitting on a pile of snow. The chocolate was all sweaty and the fruit was old. I was so upset! A few days later I called customer service and spoke to someone by the name of Amanda! She was one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever spoken to in my life! She told me that the delivery driver was pregnant and did her best to get my delivery to my house. She said there was a snowstorm, and I didn't even pay a delivery fee! I told her on a busy day then they need more delivery drivers. She told me they had plenty! I told her I would never order from them again! I asked how long it would take to get my refund. She told me that is something you need to discuss with your bank! When I hung up, I was shocked by the way she spoke to me! How does this business stay open?!! read more

It is now Valentine's Day at 7:30 PM and I JUST received a call that my order won't be able to be delivered. My family owned a flower shop, so I can understand the stress of Valentine's Day. But you NEVER leave an order that you ACCEPTED undelivered. ESPECIALLY one that was ordered 2 weeks in advance. Going to look for other ways to give this business a bad review. read more

When a friend of mine had surgery and I couldn't be there I called Edible Arrangements to deliver him a pick me up. Edible Arrangements makes and delivers really pretty fruit bouquets arranged to look like flower bouquets. I think they are a great alternative to having something delivered for birthdays or a get well gift, especially if the receiver is a guy. They also have really great chocolate dipped fruit such as strawberries, apples and bananas, some are which are rolled in nuts and shaved coconut. This is what I chose to send him. They were able to deliver that same day and were friendly on the phone, even though they were really busy at the time. The only downside is they're kind of expensive and delivery isn't free. Although I wasn't able to sample the fruit, my friend said he polished off the entire box before he even left the outpatient surgery center to go home. i ordered a platter that had chocolate covered strawberries , chocolate covered apples , grapes and supposed to be chocolate covered pineapples. when i picked up my order i realized that my pineapples weren't chocolate covered. so , i called the store and the woman told me that they no longer do that. they didn' try to contact me or anything. i went and left a review on their facebook page and they deleted my comment. read more

It must have something to do with common core math ... Their website says open until 5:00, and on the door it says the same thing. I arrive at 3:30, and the lady at the locked door simply says, "Yes?" I ask if they do chocolate covered strawberrys. She says "yes, but my machine is off. It's been off. We close at 3:00.". I point out the sign on the door says 5:00. Her reply, "yes, but if it's not busy we close at 3:00." If you're going to open and close anytime you feel like it, put , "put by appointment only" on your sign ... OR put 3:00 ... And if you're busy, and you want to, stay open until 5:00! My husband ordered from this place on May 1 for something for me for Mother's Day. Friday and Saturday were already blocked out for delivery services so he chose Thursday. At 5 pm I called and was told they deliver residence last and that businesses were delivered first. She also told me they deliver until 7 pm. At 7 pm I called and was told that the delivery guy was still out and had 10 more deliveries here it is 9 pm and I still do not have my pkg. this is the second time we have had a problem at this location. Last time I went there to pick it up and they couldn't find the order Then I told them it was an online order they found it and then disappeared to the back for a minimum of 20 minutes maybe more and then looked for a ribbon to put on my box. I purchased this EA as a bday gift for my sister and she absolutely loved it! She said the fruit were delicious and fresh, unlike her previous EA experience. 8:30 and still waiting on my delivery. Called an hour before they closed to check on it and only got routed to an automated message service. Totally screwed up my Valentine's Day gift. No calls or delivery attempts. Someone was home all day long. Last time using these folks. And I don't want it delivered tomorrow. Ok, day after Valentine's Day and still no delivery at 10:30 am. Store doesn't answer phone and mailbox is full. They were quick to charge my card for $200 though. read more

I was very pleased with the total experience with Edible Arrangements on September 14, 2018. Before I placed my online pickup order I closely reviewed the negative reviews from 2016 so it was with a bit of trepidation that I proceeded. My order was placed on extremely short notice and I arrived at Edible Arrangements a bit early. I noticed that the entryway/waiting area was spotless. The staff was professional, polite, and informative. And, perhaps of paramount importance, my wife was very pleased with the arrangement. read more

This location is beyond unprofessional and will never get my business again. I placed an order same day to be ready for 3PM. I arrived at the store around 3:40PM. The door was locked. The sign stated they were open.. I called the number several times and no one answered. I looked up the location on Facebook and there was a status with several people complaining about not getting their deliveries, etc.. I came across a comment with the number to customer service. Called customer service and they stated the store was open and maybe they were short staffed and someone was in the back. He asked if I knocked. I told him another customer was there as well and she knocked and no one came to the door. The lights were off. The customer and I waited about 40 minutes. The rep stated he attempted to call and no one answered but he was informed they were opened. The other lady went to the back and the delivery truck was there. I told him I wanted a refund. He stated the store would have to issue the refund. How if no one is answering? Bull crap... I will be disputing the claim with my bank because I don't feel like hearing a lie. They shouldn't have allowed people to place orders online today if no one was there. So unprofessional and a waste of my time because I drove 30 minutes. read more

Edible arrangements on pinhook in my opinion is a joke. I ordered an arrangement for my mom which was supposed to be delivered today. They came one time to my knowledge while my mom was at church to deliver and left a note. They then called her later and told her that they had Made one attempt and that they were out of their jurisdiction and they would not come back. They then informed her that she would have to pick it up next week and they would not reimburse the cost of the arrangement or the delivery fee. I called this location myself and they reimbursed me the arrangement but refused to reimburse the delivery fee. You know when you order something to be delivered you expect it to be. Their excuse was that they had over a hundred deliveries and they didn't have time to go back. Is that my problem? They are making a shitload of money in one day and you need to anticipate your labor needs when you know you're gonna be busy! I will never use this location again and urge others to think twice about using it yourselves read more

If you ordered something from this pinhook location, I sure hope you got it. I ordered something for my mother in law and they attempted to deliver it, but she was at church. They left a message for her to pick it up next week as they will not attempt to deliver it again today. I paid EXTRA money to have that thing delivered on Mother's Day. They've reimbursed for the arrangement but they did not and will not reimburse for the delivery charge, which was like $15 bucks. So that comes out to free money for them. I'm so disgusted with this business. When I'm 2000 miles away and pay money to have someone do what they advertise they do...freaking deliver stuff...and they don't do it, it kinda upsets me.
