When a friend of mine had surgery and I couldn't be there I called Edible Arrangements to deliver…read morehim a pick me up. Edible Arrangements makes and delivers really pretty fruit bouquets arranged to look like flower bouquets. I think they are a great alternative to having something delivered for birthdays or a get well gift, especially if the receiver is a guy. They also have really great chocolate dipped fruit such as strawberries, apples and bananas, some are which are rolled in nuts and shaved coconut. This is what I chose to send him. They were able to deliver that same day and were friendly on the phone, even though they were really busy at the time. The only downside is they're kind of expensive and delivery isn't free. Although I wasn't able to sample the fruit, my friend said he polished off the entire box before he even left the outpatient surgery center to go home. Call Edible Arrangements if you need a unique gift delivered. You'll be happy that you did and so will your recipient!

My husband ordered flowers to surprise me for our anniversary. They did not arrive on the…read morescheduled date. I received a phone call the next morning stating they tried to deliver the flowers but "no one was home." I verified the address and explained it was my office. She said they did not know it was a place of business. I asked what time they tried to deliver and she said it was after 5:00pm. I also asked why no one called yesterday, she didn't answer and asked if I was going to be there today. My husband called them this morning too, unaware they had just called me. He let me know they were going to be adding "extra" flowers and chocolates. Well the flowers and "chocolates" arrived. The card clearly stated a business name with the address. Also, not sure what extra flowers were added however I did find the wilted roses, that did not match the rest of the arrangement, in the back. Extremely disappointed all the way around.
