T J Maxx is my happy place. I mean, what's not to love? In the world of discount shopping this…read moreplace is savage af. Do you like high end purses/clothing/jewelry/cosmetics? You can find all of them here easily. Many discount stores are just kind of thrown together-things are disorganized and you have to dig to find the good stuff. If that's your thing more power to you but I happen to hate that kind of shopping. I like to walk in, grab what I came for and roll out. At T J Maxx everything is in order and you can tell whoever's job it is to make the store aesthetically pleasing takes pride in their job. Recently I was in for a very specific item and picked that up and a new pair of shoes and a gorgeous purse. Come to T J Maxx to find practically anything you may need marked way down. Don't be surprised if you leave with a few extra items!

He was…read morekind but I was uncomfortable with the matter of being a man my maid of honor went to the front desk and kindly ask for a woman and one of the employees there was extremely rude. And said "the man helping her is nicer than y'all". If that wasn't enough. I went today which was two weeks after I got my dress to do a fitting and alteration and upon arrival I found out that it was a man who was the same dress. I kindly asked if there was a woman because I personally am uncomfortable with a man touching me and help me with my dress . She was extremely rude and kept making comments like "well he's the only one here and he's the only one that's the main seamstress" I told her that I understood but asked about women and she said there was part-time workers that were women but continued to be rude and agitated with me. I was very kind and both times she was extremely rude. All of this is because I didn't want a man touching me. I would never go back here again

What I mean is they they have an OK selection of kids shoes including sneakers, boots and dress shoes. A good selection of women's and men's dress, gym shoes, work boots and casual foot wear but not a huge selection of any one category. I've seen larger selections of gym shoes at some of the local sporting goods stores and a wider selection of dress shoes at other local stores, but overall they have a good mix. The best part is that the shoes here are discounted a good amount compared to other stores so while the selection isn't nearly as big, the prices are really great and separate this place from others in that you can buy 2 pairs for what you might pay for one pair at somewhere like Dillard's. So, shop on! Enjoy!
