I'm a girl on a budget and thought that Designer Shoe Warehouse was a discount place. Wrong. I also figured the clearance section was going to be where I was going to score some designer shoes on the cheap. Wrong again. Everything in my size was still way overpriced and not exactly what I was looking for. The women who were working here were very rude and not at all helpful. I recommend this place only if you have stacks of cash to blow and customer service means little to you.

I tried returning a blouse today, NO I DIDN"T HAVE A RECEIPT, but they knew it came from their store-because the first thing I was told was that they had no more like it, so I said I'll just exchange it, I was unable to do that because they had no idea of the price I paid-guess it wasn't in their inventory-and I had purchased the blouse and another item, "so they had no way of knowing what I paid-for just the blouse-I was just VERY dissapointed that I was told "there is nothing we can do-the tag was still attached to the blouse-I had just peeled off the lable with the price. Their suggestion-try selling it! My main point-they knew it came from their store-Maybe I'm wrong but in this day of technology-I thought if the label and style number were still on the product it could be looked up in the inventory! I knew that Maurice's had some supes cute clothes and accessories but I didn't know they had some…read morebad ass shoes, too. I found some amazing work pumps here for a steal, some really cute dressy sandals that I get compliments on every single time I wear them and more recently some faux croc boots. All are comfy (I cannot stand uncomfortable shoes and won't buy them no matter how fashionable) and have held up beautifully. Recently I've lost a bit of weight and needed a new wardrobe. I bought many of my pieces here and I'm so happy with everything. I even got a holiday dress for my work party here. I had to order it because it never did make it to this particular location for retail sale, but the process was easy, and my sales guy Kevin assured me if it didn't fit correctly I could return it there with no problem. The sales associates here are wonderful and as far as I know this is one of the only places in the area where the dressing rooms are open. (I did see them sanitize each room as it was finished being used, too).
