I hate having to come to the one in youngsville off chemin Metairie. every time I get a shake from…read morehere it's always hard to suck out the straw like they put to much ice, always bland and they never fill the cup all the way up, you pay for a large but get a medium. they do the same thing with a medium. i went at 8:45 and they told me they're closed, I told them it says yall close at 9 and he said oh well I already shut down the register. one time I waited at the window 15 minutes after he took my order for one large cookies and cream, so say they had issues with the blender. their shakes are trash and so is the service. no matter if it's a different guy when I go they all suck . last Saturday when I went the guy at the window was nice but the shake was still garbage. it does not even compare to the one in Broussard. I spend at least $300 every month there, buying 4 tubs of whey a month, pre workout, planet greens, casein. I buy all my supplements from there. Every Friday I get a shake. I'm loyal to planet even though I could buy some of the protein and pre online for a couple dollars cheaper but I rather support local. I go there when I have the time even though it's way further from my house than youngsville location. The shakes are always creamy, filled to the top, the shakes always taste amazing, the service is EXCELLENT(they treat their customers like family). when I go I don't want to leave because the workers are so nice. the manager is top tier he always takes care of me and everyone else i know goes there loves him. he runs a tight ship over there. puts the customers first. so basically if you have time just go to the one across from Walmart.

We made a list of shops since we had to go to Laffeyette for some boudin. (Smoked boudin that is, from Billy's in case you're wondering) We went to 3 stores that day & only stayed more than 5 minutes in one, and Troposphere was it. Shortly after we got there, while looking through the cases, Tim walked in & We all struck up some great conversation. He did have one other person working & for the life of me, I can't recall his name. Sorry man lol We discussed our group & the state of the vaping community. Tim shared some recent video & reports that we hadn't seen. I think we were there for well over an hour. We purchased a Peerless tank & some large CoilMaster organizers & a couple other items. Next thing we knew, Tim was making us some goodie bags to use in a live feed giveaway! We didn't ask & didn't have intentions of asking for donations , we went in to make purchases. But Tim graciously stepped up & helped out. We have seen Tim pop onto our page & live feeds from time to time. Great guy & Great shop. I'd highly reccomend Troposphere!!

Well after being put through the embarrassment of that accusation it was determined that he had not done what he was accused of by this employee. (A heavy set white lady with a very bad haircut). I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately she didn't have her name tag on her shirt. She did not give this gentleman any type of apology after falsely accusing him of shoplifting. I put in a description just so management if they happen to read this can sit down and talk to her about this incident. Not only about accusing this man of doing what he didn't do but about not apologizing to him afterwards.

The management of this store and corporate managers have very low ethics. The first two times I shopped here, I was charged twice for the same item which I noticed by looking at my receipt as I walked to the ar.. I returned to the store and got a refund. Waste of time. I notified corporate office in Texas and they never responded indicating they condone this scammy behavior to get more profit. The last time I was there, the checkout clerk tore the itemized portion of the receipt off and kept it - this way I could not check to see if I was overcharged. Nor can you.
