Mrs. Kit also did huggers, cups, napkins, gift bags for welcome bags, programs, welcome letters, and bridal thank you cards. In addition she did a full suite of letter pressed invitations for us with two inserts, 2 envelopes and pre printed return addresses. The entire time she helped with wording, time line to make sure it all was ready in time, and making sure all etiquette and style questions were answered. Btw when I say she saved us money she saved us thousands of dollars over other quotes we had received. I picked up a $6 pack of wax melts in my favorite holiday scent (Aromatique Cinnamon Cider) and walked around the store with them. I've never stolen anything in my life, and being followed around the store like I was some kind of thief made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn't want to go back. I went back over the summer to buy a birthday gift, and I went in again today to buy make-up during Clinique's bonus time, and also to buy more smell goods. I haven't had that issue again and the sales ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Dillard's has always been one of my favorite stores. It's my go-to for clothes for my kids and make-up for me. Occasionally, I even buy myself clothes when I'm there. They have great sales too!

Part of the reason I chose Dillards is they are located across the street from Timbercreek and thinking returns would be quick and easy if necessary. My husband did the same with a belt. I brought both the belt and dress to customer service with receipts and tags on. Both ordered with in the last 6 days. Never worn/ used. They called 2 people from other departments to look over the belt and then another separate person look over the dress. Never experienced this any where. Makes you feel like a criminal. Super offensive. In the future I think it would just be easier to order from a better store and return via mail.... There are too many options out there.

I love shoes, so I have gotten to know some of the staff in that department. They are also helpful, although over zealous at times!!! LOL! The handbag department is decent and I have found some great bags from there. It is definitely worth checking out if you are in town. I like that they have a MAC store within a store at this location!

She greeted us when we arrived in her section, asked if she could help, helped us checkout and was converstional and friendly. I told her she was the first person in the store to utter a single word to us despite us visiting sunglasses, perfume, clothing and bedding areas prior to reaching her area. We encountered many employees that looked down while we were in talking distance. Why are stores like this dissapearing, hmm, look no further than what we experienced here. Shameful, since we can buy this on the internet. Today we purchased a Cuisinart toaster, that did not work when we got home. We packed it back up amd came back to the store and assumed we would go to customer service to return the toaster, nope. Apparently, customer service does not do returns, maybe this department should be named something else. After waiting for the person in the back room packing something who is clearly not paying any attention or aware of us waiting at the counter in customer service. When she finally looked at the counter, she came to help us, another girl showed up and said you have to go back to where you bought this, I explained be bought it here at Dillards. No, you need to go back to the department. Good grief. So we went back to the department where Kayley was still smiling, she gladly helped us again. In Georgia, this was my go to store for many things throughout the year. I will buy from the internet rather than come back in this store again. Why bother to have a store with so many workers if you can only point to one shining star. The mall has many empty stores, wonder why? Look no further than Dillard's to get the answer. This place had some of the most adorable clothes that will fit her! The sizes range from baby to probably about 14. The center of the store is full of racks of flower girl type dresses and little suits. The sides are lined with every day clothes. There are only a few outfits in each style, so your child's whole class (or daycare) won't be wearing exactly the same thing. They also have a large variety of little guy's ties, bow-ties and little girl's bows. The prices are normally average, but many are on sale, and those prices are super inexpensive! While my mother looked for parking, my daughter and I went next door to get popcorn and nuts. My daughter did not see the no food or drink sign (she just started reading, so idk if she would have understood). When I saw her try to take a bite of the popcorn, I immediately reprimanded her and told her to put it away, as she was trying to close the bag shut, she accidentally spilled a handful on the floor. I was very upset and told her she was to pick each and every piece without leaving a trace. The lady that came down the stairs didn't even formally greet us. She basically asked, "What are you looking for? What is she doing?" And walked straight to my daughter. When she saw the few cornels left, she kicked us out of the store. Now, I have held many jobs where I have had to ask customers to follow the rules, and never once have I had to be rude to anyone while doing it. This lady simply flipped out hands in the air "thats food you need to leave right now! Leave it there just leave. " Of course, I did not leave it there. We finished picking up, no trace left. The lady didn't even know where to vacuum as she headed to where she had dropped them. No other words were uttered, just a face of disgust as she continued to vacuum in the general direction of where we had been. Whats sad is that they truly have some things I would have loved to purchase, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Clothes were falling off of the racks. Clothes were piled up in different places on the floor. Jeans and shorts were just scattered on tables, not folded or in any particular order. They seemed to be severely short staffed, which probably contributed to these issues, because on the sales floor, I only saw two workers. There was only one cashier and the line was very long. My husband stood in line for over 15 minutes. The poor cashier was doing her absolute best to move customers along quickly, but there were piles of clothes and boxes on the ground behind her and she nearly tripped over them several times. I would think she would be stressed out, but she seemed calm and friendly regardless. If every day is like it was today, I would probably just shop online than deal with that disaster. It was Black-Friday level mess.

Old Navy = good deals in a messy setting…read more I find most Old Navy stores to be the same and this was no exception. We were leaving on a cruise and needed flip flops. On a Saturday in July, the store was messy and people were everywhere. There was a long line but it moved quickly. I find the clothes and shoes to not last as long as I want though. If you have time to dig through the racks and to stand in line, this is a good store to find bargains. This isn't my first choice though for clothes shopping but is good in a pinch.

They don't sell Costas, but they do have a couple of other brands with polarized lenses, including a brand called Reflekt which has a great warranty. They also float. I opted to get those instead of going elsewhere for Costas. If he breaks or scratches them, we can pay $35 and send them in to be replaced as many times as necessary. If he loses them, they will replace them one time for $35. Not to mention, these sunglasses were about $50 less than the Costas that looked almost exactly the same. The store employees were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there within about 20 minutes. I noticed a large variety of clothing, coolers, and such. This would be a great place to shop for any man in your life.

just now NEW I bought…read morea pair of sunglasses for my three year old that were advertised for ages three to seven and also advertised as indestructible. The hinge broke before we were out of the parking lot. The Coastal Outfitters refused to stand behind the falsely advertised product and exchange for same item. My three year old left crying all the way to the car. Do not buy anything from Coastal Outfitters!
