Their Chicago based location did not seem to acquire the wide range of sizes that their Oakbrook location had following its closing or better said, them only offering bridal in Oakbrook. Their sizing it's hardly inclusive; not one dress to try on at the Chicago store over a size 14 in chiffon. They offered to get in a dress in a specific size from one of their other locations for the cost of $25 that would be the responsibility of the customer which I thought was ridiculous. I will not be returning here, nor recommending this store to any friends or colleagues. Kasia's Bridal on Irving has a wide range of dresses in numerous sizes and was very accommodating and kind - we will be going with them for our party of 9. read more

Beautiful space, once you find the entrance! For some reason, our group walked past the entrance 4 times! A bum actually ended up telling us where the entrance was, haha. He was very nice. Anyways, it was a decent experience. Our bride arrived first and she was told someone would be right with her, and no one came back for about 15 minutes, so she wasn't very happy about that. When the four of us were all there, they took us right away when we walked in the door and got started. Once we were in our space (we were in the middle section, there are three sections divided by dress racks) our stylist came over and asked the bride some questions about her wedding to get a feel for dresses. That was a nice touch because it was more personal than her just pulling dresses. She then pulled some dresses for us to try on. We had three of our bridesmaids were there and unfortunately if they have all the spaces booked, like they did this day, each group only gets one changing room. So if you want to see everyone in a dress it takes some time, but we managed okay. Overall it was a good experience. I honestly must have caught the entire staff on a bad day. Came here with the bride and another friend. We scheduled an 11 am appointment , coming from the suburbs and we had a hard time finding parking. We called and said we were going to be running a bit behind. No problem. We came in (no more than 10 minutes late) and felt instantly rushed. Actually, we felt scolded from our rep. I get it, they are on a tight schedule, it's a Saturday and they are busy, but we weren't longer than 10 minutes late and instantly the rep said "well you're late so we don't have a lot of time anymore. So grab your dresses, try them on quickly and I'll take your measurements." Well alright General. My friend and I were squished into a small fitting room, 2 in one room, and proceeded to rush through trying dresses on. Luckily, I had an idea of what dresses I wanted to try on before coming, otherwise I would have pissed my rep off more than I already did. She took our measurements, she zoomed through them, I almost asked her to please measure them again because I was weary she did them wrong. We finished trying dresses on and getting measurements probably in about 15 minutes. The fastest experience I've ever gone through. Not enjoyable what so ever. We were late, I get that. We had the common courtesy of calling to notify, weren't any more than 10 minutes late and the entire experience was frustrating. I was frustrated coming in and frustrated leaving. How about considering buffer zones for your appointments instead of trying to slam as many appointments you can in one day? Oh, and have your sample dress sizes be bigger than a size 2. Bad experience, frustrating day, annoying rep, and don't plan on getting dresses from here for my big day that's for sure. I came to Bella Bridesmaid because online I found that they carried a specific line of Wtoo dresses that came in copper. But when we came in, our consultant couldn't find the swatch. So I went home, and double-checked my research, called back... and it turned out the swatch was in a new swatchbook that they hadn't pulled out yet. We went back, and found a few dresses we really loved, including the ones we went with (see photos). The ordering process was easy and simple, and the dresses came in sooner than predicted. We then went through BB to order some fabric for my fiance to have a matching custom vest. I couldn't believe that they were able to make this happen for us, and aside from the confusion of so many different people responding to emails and therefore giving different answers, we were really happy and excited that Bella Bridesmaid was able to make my fiance's vision come true when no other store was. I struggled finding dresses in the same shade of navy in different materials/styles until I went to Bella Bridesmaids. I had no trouble making an appointment on a weekday and Kelly who helped us was wonderful. She helped pick brands and materials that complimented each other while giving a range of price points. Our online showroom was put together by the time I got home from the store. My bridesmaids all were able to get appointments easily- even in different cities. All of the dresses were ordered within two weeks of my first appointment. Kelly was prompt and helped us to avoid rush fees. This place is a bridesmaid prison. I have unfortunately had to purchase 3 bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaids-- and every experience gets worse and worse. The staff is not helpful-- the space is terrible. The dressing rooms are plopped right in the middle of the store and make women feel uncomfortable trying things on while the stylist keeps walking in on you trying to get a dress on. Trying on dresses is supposed to be fun and an exciting experience. They don't make you feel welcome and they rush you out of there like you're cattle. The sample size dresses are ridiculous-- you can see this across many of the Yelp reviews. If you are carrying a designer, you should have every style dress in more than 1-2 sizes. This is 2019, we've got women ranging from size 00 to 24. We need some options. Especially when you are ultimately forced to buy a style dress without even trying it on in your exact size. But wait, it doesn't even matter! Because they take your measurements and your dress is "made to order"--- which is completely false because every dress anyone I know has received has essentially been way too big or way too small-- even though the stylist recommend everyone size up by at least 2 sizes. I get alterations are normal, but if the company is making our dresses to order-- couldn't they follow the measurements given a little better? And the quality of these dresses-- do NOT even get me started. Everyone is paying $300+ for a dress that can easily be replicated (and much better replicated!) from Lulu's. I have witnessed girls who purchased dresses from here whose zippers have completely broken and fallen out on wedding day, have seen a friend receive her dress with 2 pounds of extra chest padding they shoved in her dress because she was so petite it didn't fit but they were too lazy to cut down the breast cups creating a ripple effect across her chest, to having dresses not even arrive. Everyone do yourself a favor-- be a good person and let your bridesmaids choose a dress that makes them feel good-- give them a color and let them shop where ever they please. I wear a size 18 in normal clothes. Walking into Bella I felt optimistic that I would find a few dress options because they had such a huge selection. While I didn't expect to have as many dresses to choose from as the "straight size" bridesmaids, I was continually brought dresses in size 12 that would not even fit over my hips. (Keep in mind bridal sizes run smaller than street clothes.) It was a frustrating and embarrassing experience and towards the end I refused to even leave the dressing room in the dresses. I would have rather been told there were not dresses to fit me. It was especially disappointing because I had a great experience at Brideside earlier in the day and had no problem finding a lot of options. If you have Bridesmaids over a size 12 I would not recommend Bella Bridesmaids. The space was packed and as other reviewers posted you only get one dressing room per bridal party which is weird. My bridesmaids and I had just come from an appointment at Nordstrom, which doesn't even compare to the service or selection at Bella Bridesmaid. We worked with Sarah and Melissa, both were wonderful! They listened to what we wanted, and showed us only options that fit the description... structured, comfortable, and would look good on everyone. We were torn between an Alfred Sung dress or the Lula Kate Sassy Stripes. In the end we went with Lula Kate and I couldn't be more excited!!! Cant wait to see the girls in the dresses! read more

I was excited to go downtown for the day to check out this place for my bridesmaid dresses. My friend had her girls get their dresses on and had a great experience. I looked online ahead of time and saw that the prices of dresses were about $170 and up. I was fine with the price but don't go here if your budget is below this. I made an appointment and was later called and warned that they were moving to a different floor that day so it might be a little chaotic but I was totally fine with it. We arrived early and were barely greeted. We started to walk around the showroom and weren't approached for a while until a woman talked down to us and assumed we were walk ins. When I informed her that in fact we had an appointment, she rudely stated "oh, you're the 3 o clock". If I plan on bringing my business somewhere and planned on having 8 girls buy there dresses I usually expect to be treated a little better. The dresses are all totally smushed into the rack, with barely any space to sift through. Nothing was really special but we decieded to not waste the drive downtown (which my MOH took off of work for) and we tried a few on. The dress that I liked was okay but my heart wasn't set on it, after verbalizing it, it didn't stop the saleswoman from pushing me to pick and buy it after just 5 minutes of seeing it. I insisted that I wasn't sure about it yet but she continued to push the purchasing process.I ended up not going with the dress and finding better elsewhere. Overall-You're better going somewhere else for your dresses. This place really disappointed me, for the location and prices I expected so much more out of it. I gave it two stars because it is nice for bridesmaids that are out on town since they have an online ordering system. read more

My bridesmaids got their dresses from Bella Bridesmaids in fall 2018 and we had a great experience working with the store. The maroon color turned out perfectly and the dresses looked great on all the girls. The staff were nice when we came in and quick to find a time to get my girls fitted. They also worked with me to find a designer that had dress styles for junior bridesmaids as well, since I had a younger sister who needed to match the rest of the bridesmaids. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What could have been a TOTAL fiasco was handled swiftly and professionally. If you are on the fence about going here, please read below: Had 9 bridesmaids come in and try on/order dresses in November 2019 for my June 2020 wedding. Two bridesmaids ended up ordering the same dress style and their custom-made dresses DIDN'T FIT! (Literally any brides nightmare when you are making girls spend money to be a part of one of the most important days of your life). Called the store to which the manager, Kelly, got in touch with me immediately to figure out an action plan. We first sent pictures of the girls in their dresses so they could see what was going on, then had the girls go in with the dresses/measure them (to which they said that they would still have recommended the same sizes from the initial appointment) and proceeded to send their dresses off to the manufacturer to see where the disconnect was. The manufacturer got back to us within a couple of weeks and admitted to cutting the dresses too small (not sure why, but thankful they owned up to it). The two girls were able to come in try on dresses for a second time. One girl ended up wanting to order a different dress style to which the Bella staff member took the time to reach out to the manufacturer who eventually approved of this. The quick communication and transparency in what could have been a total disaster was what stood out to me during this whole process. They won me and 8 other girls (7 who still need to get married) over. I would recommend this store to anyone! read more

I was really looking forward to visiting Bella Bridesmaids with my bridal crew because I had heard great things from a couple of coworkers who used them for bridesmaid dresses and because I found my bridal gown at one of their sister stores. I am sorry to say that they did not live up to my expectations at all, nor did they even come close. When we arrived our consultant, Brittany, told me she received my notes from when I scheduled our appointment so she knew my colors and asked how many bridesmaids, etc (standard questions). She then told us to shop around and see if there was anything we liked which was cool but then I noticed she wasn't helping to pull anything herself. There were a lot of racks of dresses so it would've been nice to have her pull a few recommendations but instead she only pulled a few books of swatches and stood off to the side. I didn't think too much of it until I started to move around the store to shop the racks and noticed the other consultants were much more engaged with their bridal group and had pulled dresses for them and hung them in the fitting room. To make things worse, there was only 1 fitting room for us to use. Each appointment is only 1 hour so every minute counts and just having 1 fitting room did not help. Sad to say we did not find any dresses that day. The only style that came close and was in the right color was by Twobirds but the material was too thin and revealed everything. The Hayley Paige dresses that I liked when looking online were disappointing in person. The beaded straps looked very cheap and worn down. It could've just been the selection of try-on dresses here because I noticed the colors seemed to be faded on some of the Dessy dresses so it was hard to get an idea of what they were supposed to look like. I will not be recommending Bella Bridesmaids to anyone. The dresses they carry can easily be found at other stores where you have more than 1 fitting room and can actually receive better customer service. read more

Fitting was fine - although the person fitting me wasn't very tactful as she commented on my hips and how much bigger they were to the rest of my frame. When the dress came in( I chose the option to pick up in-store) they never sent me an email that it had arrived so I just heard word of mouth. Trying on the dress was a disaster and getting it altered cost more than the dress itself. The dress was $165 and the alterations cost me $220. The amount of tailoring the seamstress had to do was insane. Took in ~5inches at the waist, bring up the dress, take in the bust and hem it. I was just really upset that I went with Bella Bridesmaid's recommendation on their sizing. It would have been cheaper for me to buy a new dress and not need this much of alterations. When I called to let them know I was annoyed - they said they would look things over and call me back. Never did. So today I called them back and the woman on the phone noted I was in between sizes and they went with the larger one. She said she couldn't do anything but reach out to customer service. Customer Service is going to refund me $40. Would not recommend. read more

I ordered a jumpsuit from this location. I typically wear a size 18/20. After being measured, the sales rep advised me to order a size 24 in the Dessy Arielle jumpsuit. I didn't want this style. But she said it was the only one available in the wedding party color. I was charged a rush fee and extra fabric fee for height and plus size, nearly $400. When I received the jumpsuit it fit HORRIBLY! I contacted the store immediately and was told to find a good tailor. The wedding is in 3 weeks and I don't have a wearable jumpsuit. Cookie cutter patterns don't work for plus size bodies. Making to order is not the same as ready to wear. And for the amount of money charged, it should be ready to wear. I came here for a bridesmaids dress. I originally came with the bride for an appointment, and we were rudely dismissed at exactly one hour. We then made a second appointment (monetary cost) to come back to finalize the dresses. While there the second time I was fitted for my dress size and subsequently ordered that online. Much to my surprise, the dress was 2 sizes too small in the bust. When I told the store, they were the complete opposite of accommodating. They first tried to gaslight me, showing me a new form they filled out with fake measurements saying that was what the originally gave me. Their made up measurements were not even close so my real body. They offered me to purchase an old, dirty dress thousands have tried on off the floor. They also said I could order extra fabric, an expensive and rather extensive process in terms of time. Either way, because of them, I paid double for my bridesmaids dress. The staff here were lovely and patient but they do not carry a wide range of sizes in the styles so I had to go based off their measurements that they took. They then told me what size to get based off those measurements and when I said that size didn't sound right, I was told this was what I needed to get based on the designer's size chart and their measurements. Of course the dresses are non refundable. So you can imagine how upsetting it was when the dress arrived and it was literally 3 sizes too big (and no, unfortunately I hadn't lost any weight or experienced any notable body shifts). I could literally fit 3 fists between my body and the zipper! I took it to a very experienced tailor and she said there was nothing that could be done to save it. I ended up having to order a last minute dress from the designer's website and, as it turns out, the size I originally told the store I thought I would need fit just like a glove. Now I'm stuck with a $250 dress that I'll never wear AND had to pay for the last minute dress from the designer. Never again, ugh. read more

The team at the NYC office are always easy to get in touch with, and Colleen and Amber always took or returned my emails and calls. They listened and helped me find what I envisioned and were decisive and realistic when I needed them to be. Having close friends dispersed all over the the country (and one in Europe!) made the process challenging - and what I thought impossible to dress. We had an absolutely horrible experience with Bella Bridesmaids. There were 5 bridesmaids in the wedding party and none of our dresses fit. I put my exact measurements in online, ordered the recommended size and the dress was 2-3 sizes too small. I called because I thought Bella Bridesmaid would be accommodating and initially their response was that I could purchase more material. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to ship my seamstress more material at no cost to me. The material never arrived. I paid another bridal salon to "fix" the dress which then altered the look of my dress from the other bridesmaids. One of the bridesmaids dress busted open during the reception. I emailed Bella Bridesmaids about a resolution and some sort of refund but did not receive a response. I will NEVER recommend them to a bride who is expecting to have a beautiful and perfect day. This place was terrible to work with when ordering bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. They did not make it clear that all of the dresses that have been added to your online showroom must be ordered prior to them placing the order for any of the dresses. Not knowing that, my one bridesmaid who ordered and paid for her dress 4 months prior to my wedding did not get her dress until the week before my wedding because they didn't place the order as none of the other girls decided to place an order through Bella bridesmaids. They then required us to pay for the $50 rush shipping although this was their mistake. Further, they made a mistake with her payment and accidentally credited my bridesmaid $25 and wouldn't give her her dress until she repaid them - note this was days before my wedding. They also had no proof of this accidental credit. This was the worst vendor by far and I would suggest all brides and your bridesmaids to go elsewhere. You can easily find the dresses they offer elsewhere- look online (shopbop) and you will get the dresses much fast than going through them. They also were not friendly and seemed to employ very incompetent young ladies. read more

Curvy Women BEWARE! The short version: The dresses are ready made and cannot be put on larger women in ways that will allow you to get an idea for how they look on you. Do NOT go here if you are curvy or one of your bridesmaids is a size 12 or above unless you are masochistic or hate your bridesmaids. The long version: As a curvy/plus sized woman I haven't had the best experience in general shopping for a wedding dress. But I made the appointment here because I liked the styles of a lot of the bridesmaids dresses I saw online and thought since they come in sizes 0-24 I might have some luck. I called and made an appointment and mentioned what I was looking for and that was that. I arrived and met Melissa, my consultant. I told her what I was looking for and she started pulling dresses. She never asked me my size or anything which at first seemed okay but as soon as I was in the dressing room in my underwear I started to realize this was not going to be like going to a more "bridal" bridal salon. The dresses are ready made and the samples are just regular dresses in a set size. This means it is impossible to put one on a dress and kind of piece the back together with clips to get an idea. If the skirt does not accommodate your hips there is no way to imagine how the pleats will look on you. After picking up the 3rd size 8 dress she had hung in my room I started to get upset. At this moment Melissa chimes in with a, "How are you doing?" since I had been in there for around 15 minutes without coming out. I said I can't get anything on and she said coyly, "You're not going to show us?" I gave her a very firm, NO. After giving me shapeless wedding dresses that anyone with even the slightest bit of experience in the wedding industry would have known would not look good on my frame (even if I could get them over my ass) I directly told her that I am plus sized and need something that defines my waist and to please stop giving me size 8s since that is 4 sizes too small. That is when Melissa asked me if I had tried putting the dress on OVER my head. I looked at her unblinkingly and said no and she persisted that I should try so that I could see the neckline on me. BIG MISTAKE. There I was vulnerable in my underwear trying to smush and contort my breasts into a dress. After getting both of the girls in and getting my arms in the straps I looked in the mirror and started to lose it. It was a sad and terrible sight. I got that dress off (by myself by the grace of god) and grabbed one of only 2 size 14 dresses that she brought me. I got it on, barely (as you all know dressy dress sizes are smaller than regular store sizes) and finally opened the curtain. Now again Melissa, if she is experienced in her job, should have known things were not going well when I had opened the curtain only TWICE in over 40 minutes. She appears and asks what I think and I will fully admit that I completely lost it. I know that I scared her but at the same time I do feel she brought a lot of my reaction on herself. Melissa apologized BUT she followed up every "I'm sorry" with an excuse or a defensive statement which I finally had to stop when I told her she was just digging herself into a deeper hole. Her most repeated excuse was that when I made the appointment they should have told me they only carry samples in sizes 8-12 for the most part. And yes they should have, but with one look at me Melissa should have known I would NOT fit into almost anything in the store and saved me the trauma. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else and start demanding that these shops carry samples in larger sizes! read more

I'm my sister's MOH and made an appointment for us at Bella Bridesmaid because there were many Jim Hjelm Occasions dress styles we liked. Bella Bridesmaid carries that line and had many of the samples in store. Our visit to Bella Bridesmaid was incredibly unproductive--our girl just did not get it. She kept cutting us off, was not assisting us in finding the dresses we came there to see, and rushed us out at the end of the appointment. She was bringing us suggestions that were so far off from anything we described or showed her that we were utterly baffled. We were looking for short taffeta or organza dresses for $250 or under and she brought us a long, jersey material dress that was $400, for example. She was not only unprofessional in the way she acted, but also in her appearance. If I'm at a semi-upscale boutique I don't expect that my sales girl will be wearing a faded Forever 21 skirt with a huge hole on the butt... Nevertheless this experience helped us narrow down our list and we decided on a dress that they hadn't yet gotten the sample in store (it was from the Spring 2014 collection). The girl recommended we call back to check if/when they'd get it in. For the next 2 and a half months I called every.single.week to check on the status of the dress. Each week I got the same response "We did order the sample, it's not in yet, we'll have it by the end of March." The last week I called, they said they got in the dress. HOORAY! We were absolutely thrilled and were ready to bring in all the bridesmaids to get measured and order. But...then I got a call back immediately from another employee. She said the earlier girl had made a mistake and they hadn't gotten in the sample. Turns out, they had NEVER ordered the sample in the first place. They were only getting it in for the Jim Hjelm Occasions trunk show the previous week. And now it was gone. At this point, I saw red and had a rage blackout. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I called at least 10 times in the past 3 months and each time, each girl confirmed the order and promised they'd get it in. There was NO mention of a Jim Hjelm Occasions trunk show. Our first girl knew we loved Jim Hjelm Occasions. Each week a girl answered and heard we were interested in Jim Hjelm Occasions. Yet, NONE of them mentioned that there was a trunk show coming up. And all of them incorrectly reported they had ordered the sample. If Bella Bridesmaid showed this level of incompetence for just tracking down a sample, I can't imagine trusting them to accurately place an order. There are many, many bridal shops right outside the city that had amazing customer service and helped us track down a sample and order the dress. Do not waste your time with Bella Bridesmaid. read more

The experience could have been a lot better... Came here a couple months ago... I knew it was going to be short from our expectations when the bride herself had trouble even making an appointment. On the day of the appointment there was 4 of us, bride and 3 bridesmaids. We were the only ones there when we arrived in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. It started out great, we were eager to try on any suggestions from the consultant. The consultant seemed rather annoyed by our easy-going spirit. She seemed more interested in how she looked in the mirror rather than helping us pin/tuck the dresses we were trying on. The dresses themselves are in pretty run-down shape. There were tears in some, broken zippers, and pretty beat up hems on others. Making it difficult to actually envision how the dresses should actually appear. Halfway into our hour long session there was another consultant who appeared to to prepping for a different client. Our consultant proceeded to 'encourage' all three of us to share only one dressing room when clearly there was nobody else in the others or there for an appt. After only trying on a handful of dresses we asked if the consultant had any other ideas or if there were any other dresses in the showroom we could look at/try on, and we were give the response, 'Nope, that's about it'. We left Bella and walked down Michigan avenue only to have better luck/ better service at department stores. Whew! What a relief! Can you believe it? Shopping at Bella Bridesmaid for bridesmaid dresses didn't make me want to gag! It may come as a surprise to some (attn: people that have never met me) that I am NOT into weddings. Hell, I'm not even sure if I believe in marriage and all its proclaimed virtues. That being said, my best friend (cue the "awwwww's") is getting married to a great dude, and it is my honor to serve as a maid of honor. That being said, she and I took on Bella Bridesmaid ourselves, because she knew that she'd have her pickiest bridesmaid by her side. Let me tell you: success, success, success. Our appointment was with Maureen, and I have to say, she saved the whole experience. Ladies, if you want to be gushed over and share super high-pitched giggles, this is NOT your girl. She is straightforward, friendly without being pushy or overwhelming in a super-bridey way, and she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the dresses they carry, the colors and fabrics they come in, the alternative design options for each dress company, the ordering process, etc. Never once did she seem confused or ask any of the more senior people any questions, and we felt very well taken care of. I understand that shopping for bridesmaids dresses is very much a personal one--you're going to have people tugging, pulling, clipping--and as far as customer service goes, our experience with Maureen and the shop was flawless, really. Everything was very professional and not invasive at all. Additionally, the appointment process was really easygoing--each time I spoke with someone from Bella they were professional and friendly. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other place to find bridesmaids dresses. And if I ever bring myself to say I do* I will promptly turn into Bridezilla and demand that my 25 bridesmaids buy the most expensive dresses Bella Bridesmaid offers. *Highly unlikely. read more

Making the appointment and communicating preferred bridesmaids dresses for my wedding was very easy. The salon and salespeople were so accommodating despite us being almost 30 minutes late for our appointment on a Saturday morning. All my bridesmaids were able to find the dresses they liked, despite having totally different tastes. Huge thank you to Carly for pulling dresses and helping us find something suitable for everyone! I thought the online ordering process was just a little bit cumbersome, but love the added feature of allowing brides to chip in or pay for the dress when finalizing order details. I had to come back a second time to look with another bridesmaid who couldn't make the first appointment, and was equally impressed with the professionalism and customer service displayed. Tip: weekday evenings are MUCH less chaotic than weekends! It made for a much more relaxed and personalized experience. Every consultant we spoke with was gracious, helpful and knowledgeable, and not just before they got our money but after as well. Not one but two of my bridesmaids became pregnant not long after we finalized orders and the store was flexible in allowing us to make changes at minimal cost. Considering how expensive bridesmaid dresses have become, I find this to be a huge selling point for Bella. The whole experience made it feel like money well spent. For a small shop, they carry a ton of styles. I think even the pickiest bridesmaid would be hard pressed to find something she didn't like. Taking a star off because while the location is convenient, it is an absolute pain for anyone trying to find parking. Also, the very small space feels a bit cramped, especially with more than a few bridesmaids. If you have a large bridal party, this would not be the place to go with everyone at the same time, unless perhaps it was a very off-peak appointment time. read more

Always a bridesmaid FINALLY A BRIDE! What a wonderful experience! Bella bridesmaid's team nailed it! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking color/style for my 10 bridesmaids. I received a phone call before my appointment to get more of an idea of what I was looking for... When I arrived every style they had pulled was exactly on track! The reviews from our guests were over the top when it came to the look of my wedding party. EVERY girl looked absolutely amazing...comments such as "this is the most comfortable I've ever been in a bridesmaid dress" was the theme of the night. Half of my girls have already worn their dress for another event and received just as many compliments as the wedding night. I actually purchased one for myself in a different colorThe dresses came in three different styles which complimented all of my ranging beauties. From 5'-5'10" tiny little ladies to full chested every lady was satisfied. I had one pregnant and the size that was suggested for her was dead on! She didn't have to have any alteration other then length which was expected. All of the girls that are on the taller side went with Bella's recommendation for extra length and were very pleased with the results. When it came to pricing I felt it was fair. I knew I was going to a boutique that carried certain designers....doing research on the Internet simply will educate any bride before scheduling an appointment for their wedding party wherever you go. Alterations are just part of the game when it comes to designer dresses. I myself have to get alterations no matter where I buy a dress from because of the way I am shaped I found the quality of the dresses carried at Bella well exceeded most ANY online ordering sites. I like to say you get what you pay for! Two of my bridesmaids were coming in from different states Bella chicago set me up with all the information to make their process go smoothly. My order came in with a perfect amount of time for any alterations to get done. A boutique such as Bella Bridesmaids was exactly what I was looking for and they did not disappoint.
