We were down in Cle Elum on a meatscapade when we decided then we should grab some sweets. The kids definitely didn't object! This place is a small spot located on a corner in downtown Roslyn. Currently, they're only letting small groups of six or less inside, so you may have to wait outside for a bit. The folks inside got everybody through quickly. They have a moderate selection of some old-school candy, including some really old-school stuff that would get your grandparents excited! It also got some more modern, old stuff like big league chew. Nothing made you feel more alive than shredded I will come design to look like tobacco! A big selling point is the fact that they have Winegars ice cream as well as a number of other funky flavors. One of the kid got pop rocks ice cream, another rocky road, and another a delightful sorbet. They also have some pretty cool antique showcases that housed the candy. You definitely have to watch the kids as their favorite thing while we were there was to lean on the glass case from the 1890s. One of the best things we found were the handmade chocolates that they have that came in a number of different flavors. The rosemary with sea salt, three citrus and lavender were the favorites, no the other four or five options that they had looked very nice. It was pretty cool to be able to get high end chocolates as well as gummy candy in the shape of cheeseburgers from the same place. The prices were good and the selection with solid and fun. They have something like 24 flavors available, most of which incorporate familiar ingredients, while some or on the more interesting side. Again, you're not going to go wrong with anything. They have plenty of caffeinated options as well, as they've got a solid espresso and coffee shop located in the hallowed halls of this ice cream parlor. The service is always fast and pleasant, and a la bask in Robbins, you can sample! These guys serve up some of the best ice cream you'll find anywhere - you owe it to yourself to try it out!

When I arrived, the employee had her back turned while engaged in a personal phone conversation. There was no acknowledgment of my presence until the call ended. When the window was opened, I began placing my order but was interrupted mid-order and told to wait so it could be entered into the system. After finally completing the order and being given a total, I attempted to pay with my debit card. I was then told, "the card reader doesn't work." I asked whether credit or tap-to-pay would work and was given the same vague response. When I asked directly if the location was cash-only, the employee did not answer and instead stared at me without any clarification. At no point was the situation explained, nor was an alternative offered. This level of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for the customer experience is unacceptable. The issue was not the wait or a system problem--it was the inability or unwillingness to clearly communicate basic information. Management should be aware that this interaction reflects poor accountability, and customer service oversight, especially during evening hours. This experience was frustrating, avoidable, and left a disappointing impression.

I brought it to her attention, and she didn't want to adjust it. She was so rude and dismissive. Honestly, I have never been treated so condescending by anyone in customer service. She accused me of having an attitude. I asked for a way to contact the manager, and she refused me access and made a snide comment and walked to the back. I noticed when I went in, that she was put off by another customer. It saddens me to know that I have no access to a supervisor so he or she can be made aware of the employee that represents the store.
