The management's explanation that customers disliked the long waits does not account for the lack of reservations. I kindly suggest that it would be more beneficial to focus on improving the quality of the buffet and service rather than making excuses. If you want a banquet for your next function, would I recommend? Probably yes, but make sure all the kinks are fixed first as this may get you upset.
