Charlie was amazing. He asked me what I had in mind and I asked his opinion. Was a really nice experience. Had my hair shampooed, cut, and curled. I loved how it turned out, however it was a bit expensive. I'm not sure how much that would normally cost but mine was $65, which I considered expensive. I do want to color my hair but I have a feeling I'm going to need to save a bit of money to do that. I will be going back though once I save some money! I really enjoyed the experience.

Additionally, her expertise with hair color is wonderful and she's always willing to work with me when I want to tweak my look a little. You would be hard-pressed to find another stylist as genuine, caring and friendly. This past year, I started KERATIN treatments with her and it has utterly changed my life. [Similar to a "brazillian blowout" but from my understanding the product used makes all the difference and not all keratin treatments are equal]. No more wrestling to tame and smooth my bratty mane with a round brush, hair dryer and ultimately a flat iron. Now, I have smooth sleek hair with minimal need for styling tools: just a quick trip around with a round brush/hairdryer OR a little bit of flat ironing is all that's needed to make me look salon hair perfect. Not to mention that I can actually allow my hair to air dry (for the first time ever) and can enjoy a casual wavy look that's completely acceptable for heading out into the real world with no fear of running into someone I know. The results of the treatment lasts for many months and I've already been for my second round. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well.
