I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I encourage others to carefully review their invoices and double-check any work performed

These are the same people claiming to be 24:7??!! we were desperate to at least get the truck off of the property. But I guess those mobile mechanics don't want the work, EXCEPT JASH!! we called him 4am on Sunday morning and he answered right away, half asleep lol but nonetheless he answered WITHOUT being a dick. He was an hour and some change away and he got there in one hour, with the right parts it took him less than 20 min to do the job and truck started right up. He was nice about everything and let us know about future repairs/maintenance that would be needed on the truck soon. Later on in the day the truck was failing again, it was in regards to one of the other repairs the truck would be needing soon that he mentioned and we went ahead and called him back and he let us know around the time he would be able to get to us. We got a hotel parked the truck & Long story short He got to us a few hours after and did the repair in 20 min.
