Instead I called the company (LG) and spoke with a knowledgeable customer service member for twenty minutes. She gave me specific instructions, and the dishwasher worked fine. They made up all this hours they claimed for showing us different granite slabs. They also made up a excel spreadsheet saying they tried to call us, no actual phone records. When it was us calling them for our money back but only getting a response when we said we will take them to court. The local Magistrate ruled in their favor in North Huntingdon. We got our granite from another supplier which asked for haft down and the balance when we were satisfied with the completed job.

I called Curt at Enviro Cleaning Services who was a very good listener and helped me break down and understand what services I would need and explained in detail how they worked and what products and equipment they use. His company was already booked that week for several commercial gigs (they clean local businesses and Target stores, etc.), but he said he'd see if he could come on the weekend since I needed this done quickly. He did me one better. He sent his best cleaner (Kelly) on a weekday a few days away from when I called. They normally clean at night, but Kelly came at 11 am, during the day in addition to their night work. The walls were pretty bad and needed scrubbing in some areas, which Kelly did with alacrity. When Kelly discovered he was missing some items he needed for the job, Curt himself drove 40 minutes to the home with the equipment and even joined in, beginning to clean a smoke stain from the brick fireplace mantel of the home. I couldn't believe what the fireplace and smoker's room looked like when Kelly was finished with it - it was a completely different color after Kelly got all the stains off the walls. Kelly cleaned the floor afterwards and hosed off some plastic tarps we had lent them to put on the floor. Curt and Kelly were compassionate, kind and effective. Really great to work with and a great price compared to the other nicotine wall washer I called (PS The other wall washer was given an F rating on Angie's List). It's without hesitation that I give Enviro Cleaning my highest recommendation.
